Holiday Inn Express & Suites Santa Fe by IHG

Superb

Staff was extremely helpful and nice. My room was cleaned every day with fresh towels as well. Cleanest hotel on our trip.

Staff was pleasant, helpful and accommodating The buffet was delicious and best fresh brewed bean coffee! Rooms were clean, noise free and comfortable beds!

Gym was small but pool looked great. The breakfast was phenomenal! Staff were very friendly and helpful!

Treadmill not working Hot tub worked for 5 minds then needed to reset-did this 3 times then just got out. Is overly foaming! Breakfast was ok - whole milk only wish had another option Bacon was good Turkey sausage was not. Room was good overall and could tell had some updates. Bed was comfortable and appreciate they use dove products!

Location is sketchy, graffiti on neighbors buildings didn’t feel safe after reading a sign that said not responsible for stolen goods and vandalism like it’s a common problem they needed to address .For the price of around 250 for a room spend your money elsewhere.

Breakfast and location were perfect. Bathroom is a little outdated. We stayed in a suite that was plenty big. Staff were helpful and kind. It was a sold out night- the one elevator got a beating that morning.

Great breakfast. Excellent parking.

It was clean and the room was spacious, and the food was very good

The staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. Highly recommend!

Nothing about this place was enjoyable, the people there are racist and rude. They clearly don’t like people of color!! Everything was extremely unpleasant, the lady from the counter was rude and disrespectful. She ended up not letting us stay there. So now I’m out $180 and I had to get another room in a different hotel. This will be the last time I ever consider staying in a holiday Inn. I will also be sure that anyone in my family that is looking for a hotel they will never stay at any Holiday INN

Hot tub not working correctly

Nice property and clean updated room.

Good

This was a great overnight stop in Santa Fe. Very clean, comfortable beds and great breakfast. I discovered that I had accidentally left my prescription glasses on the bed a few hours after we had left making it very difficult to return and the front desk was able to locate them and mail them back to me. I’m so thankful for that!

Breakfast was delicious. They had chop hatch Chiles for the eggs
