Nothing about this place was enjoyable, the people there are racist and rude. They clearly don’t like people of color!! Everything was extremely unpleasant, the lady from the counter was rude and disrespectful. She ended up not letting us stay there. So now I’m out $180 and I had to get another room in a different hotel. This will be the last time I ever consider staying in a holiday Inn. I will also be sure that anyone in my family that is looking for a hotel they will never stay at any Holiday INN

This was a great overnight stop in Santa Fe. Very clean, comfortable beds and great breakfast. I discovered that I had accidentally left my prescription glasses on the bed a few hours after we had left making it very difficult to return and the front desk was able to locate them and mail them back to me. I’m so thankful for that!

If you are driving the location is convenient for access to many good restaurants highly recommended by locals, shopping, and trips to the Plaza Canyon Road n or tjSanta Fe Opera. If you are planning to Uber and take a shuttle to the Opera, this is probably not the best location.

Great breakfast! Nice clean room. The kids had a good time in the pool. (One note: at the time I booked, the listing said there was both an outdoor pool and an indoor one, but this is not accurate—there is only one, and it is indoors.) We would have preferred to be closer to downtown Santa Fe, but an option in that area that would accommodate our family of 5 was out of our budget. This was a good alternative and only a 15-minute drive from downtown.
