loved that they had a huge hot pool

We had switched from another hotel that was very disappointing. We were very happy with the hotel. The only complaint is the ac was right next to the bed so that person froze and the other bed was warm. Not great room planning.

It was interesting to say the least. Everyone was nice. That wasn’t a problem. The laundry facilities were in need of repair. Only one of two washers worked but only with the phone app no change and only one of two dryers were working. The hotel reminds me of something out of the “Backrooms”. It’s a maze at first. And the fact that they exposed part of it was a little different but I am sure they had their reasons. We had windows that looked straight out into a closed hallway. lol. Also instead of a sitting area in the suite I rented we had a large executive meeting type desk with like 10 nice desk chairs. I wasn’t mad about it just a little confused. We had our cats with us and to my surprise we had an awesome screened in patio put the side of the main bedroom. That was perfect. My kitties were able to feel like they had an awesome space just for them. I really appreciated that aspect. Overall it was a good stay. Thanks guys!!

We were traveling through. Staff was friendly and room was clean.

The Bistro is expensive and the food is meh. We had 2 burgers and two drinks and it was $56.

A good property, well located. Parking is free/ Rooms clean, staff seemed good.

Only the price Yes- signs in parking area said “park at your own risk”!! Who does that? Does that make guests feel safe? Then this morning I saw three people in the parking lot with flashlights looking into cars for what they could steal! I told the front desk.

The pods for coffee machine did not fit, no hot water in the lobby.

It was a quick stay but all guests sleep comfortably

This was a lovely spot to stay the night for our family. The only complaint I would have would be the layout of the hotel; it was very confusing trying to get oriented to where the rooms were in relation to the other parts of the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful; the room was clean and pretty spacious for our family of six.

From pleasant staff to the beautiful property and our room was clean and surprisingly spacious! Love the resort style property. So many places to gather and sit. The bistro is nice and loved having a morning coffee from Starbucks. Can’t wait to return!

On this stay, the staff was much more helpful & informative than a week ago. Ryan (check in) and Neil (check out) were very thorough. The included breakfast was very good.

Nice hotel, rooms were nice and clean and really spacious.

Súper convenient location team was super helpful especially the night crew shout to those members of their staff and all of the front desk super awesome people!

Room was clean & adequate…nothing special…no decor. Check in staff both chatting with family despite others waiting to check in.

No room access from lobby...minus. Elevator on one end of building...stairs on opposite end...minus. The minuses cannot be changed by the staff. Merely a notification for potential customers.
