Courtyard by Marriott Santa Fe

the pool was nice the mattress was awful, needs to be chucked bath tub shower was old we got towels but sheets were not changed

Exceptional

The hotel layout was confusing and the front desk personnel did not direct us well to finding our room and parking directions were not clear. We ended up lugging our suitcases up and down multiple steps and had to walk very long distances.

Frayed carpeting!

The carpet was damp and a fan was sitting in the floor drying the carpet. The deadbolt on the door did not work. Was not impressed with the breakfast setup.

A pleasant stay!

2. Body soap in the shower was empty the first day and did not get refilled. 3. Doors made loud noise when they closed.

Clean room!

Very good

Very good

Good hotel

Crickets In room, no breakfast, need more parking or people need to park in one space not one & half a space.

Worst gym ever. Broken equipment. Dirty. Smelly. Yuck.

We were there for 3 days. Hotel was great and comfortable. Close to everything we wanted to see or do.

A super sweet housekeeper helped clean the elevator when my son threw up. I wanted to clean it but she wouldn't let. It was such a mess. I felt so horrible. She was super sweet. I think she was about to leave too. Thank you for your amazing kindness to my son and I.

The room was clean and I love the set up. Very spacious.

Room was clean and spacious

Very nice place to stay

The 'office' chair was less comfortable than I would have liked. That's it. Everything else was great. People who get suites probably use the desk. A more comfortable chair would have perfected the experience.

Excellent location with easy access to everything in Santa Fe. Hotel is nicely kept and the on site restaurant, " Bistro ", has good food with selections. The gym and pool areas are well maintained. The hot tubs were perfect temperature. My only issue was in my room on the first floor. The bathroom had only one floor with no divider between the shower and rest of the bathroom floor space. The floor was not levelled great to direct water to the shower drain so result was that whole bathroom floor would start to cover with water after using shower. They should put up some divider between the shower area and main floor seeing how there's no tub. The room itself however was well appointed and looked after.
