The hotel it self was ok. The staff at your front desk was horrible. No customer service skills at all. Very rude and not helpful at all. The restaurant was horrible. She wouldn't give me ice for my bottle because the ice machines were broken on both floors. I will never stay there again. For what we paid it was horrible

Room was well kept. Staff were all very helpful. The pool and the hot tubs were excellent. The Bistro was a bit of a disappointment although the staff were very helpful, there just weren't very many options for dining within the hotel outside of room service.

Property was welll-maintained and very pretty. House-keeping was amazing. Good beds.

Hotel was great. We were told the pool was heated. No one who we saw getting in enjoy the experience, including us. But it was cold. Jacuzzi was great nice and hot with the jets very forceful.

We had switched from another hotel that was very disappointing. We were very happy with the hotel. The only complaint is the ac was right next to the bed so that person froze and the other bed was warm. Not great room planning.

It was interesting to say the least. Everyone was nice. That wasn’t a problem. The laundry facilities were in need of repair. Only one of two washers worked but only with the phone app no change and only one of two dryers were working. The hotel reminds me of something out of the “Backrooms”. It’s a maze at first. And the fact that they exposed part of it was a little different but I am sure they had their reasons. We had windows that looked straight out into a closed hallway. lol. Also instead of a sitting area in the suite I rented we had a large executive meeting type desk with like 10 nice desk chairs. I wasn’t mad about it just a little confused. We had our cats with us and to my surprise we had an awesome screened in patio put the side of the main bedroom. That was perfect. My kitties were able to feel like they had an awesome space just for them. I really appreciated that aspect. Overall it was a good stay. Thanks guys!!

We were traveling through. Staff was friendly and room was clean.

The Bistro is expensive and the food is meh. We had 2 burgers and two drinks and it was $56.

Location very good. Great hot tub.

A good property, well located. Parking is free/ Rooms clean, staff seemed good.

Yes- signs in parking area said “park at your own risk”!! Who does that? Does that make guests feel safe? Then this morning I saw three people in the parking lot with flashlights looking into cars for what they could steal! I told the front desk.

The pods for coffee machine did not fit, no hot water in the lobby.
