Staff was very helpful and efficient. The rooms were small and comfy. However, I wished they gave more attention to their walls since they were dirty.

Very hospitable and accessible

The staff were super helpful and friendly, the room was clean, the in-room coffee was excellent, the bed and pillows were very comfy (always important to me!) and we also had complimentary hot breakfast every morning! Free shuttle service into town. They went above my expectations. Would recommend! Thank you!

This is a older hotel, that has been remodeled. The room was clean, staff was excellent, breakfast was amazing (if you like burritos) and there was ample parking. It is a very good value for the price.

It was just fine for a one night stay.

Very good stay. Very clean and nice decoration. The only negative experience was that the AC made a loud slushing sound, which woke me up consistently.

On the positive the staff that night was VERY kind.

It had that authentic Santa Fe feel. The hotel was clean but the barroom could use an update.

The front desk staff for most part was very distasteful. God forbid you need help, they will give you the most awful, dismissive attitude which will ruin a good mood pretty quickly. While we appreciated the free breakfast, there was a small mundane selection that wasn’t too exciting. The rooms were pretty clean, and you could smell the bleach walking in; which was comforting to us. However, the sheets had nasty looking stains which were a turn off. There was a coffee maker in the room, but no microwave which we found odd. Additionally, we couldn’t take a shower comfortably, because there was no shower liner and water would get everywhere. Overall, we appreciated the stay especially for the prices they offered.

The photos and description on Expedia were very misleading. The hotel is nowhere near as nice as it’s portrayed online. After driving about 10 hours from Dallas, we arrived to find our room extremely hot. It took the air conditioner a long time to cool the room, which made for a very uncomfortable start to our stay. One suggestion I would make is to have the air conditioners running before guests check in, especially during the summer. After a long day of traveling, walking into a cool room would make a much better first impression. The bathroom was in poor condition. There was a dirty washcloth hanging with the clean ones, and the tile floor was cracked and uneven, causing the bathroom door to stick when opening and closing. The chair in the corner had a large stain that honestly looked like old blood or something similar. There was also a foul odor near the bed frame that we didn’t notice immediately, but my son smelled it while getting ready for bed. It bothered him enough that he chose to sleep with his head at the foot of the bed. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The sheets and the room overall appeared clean, and the complimentary breakfast was good. Overall, it wasn’t terrible for a budget hotel, but the online photos set expectations that the property simply didn’t meet. Because of the condition of the room, I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Great stay it was. Great breakfast in the morning that you won’t even require lunch. Free shuttle service to downtown plaza. Overall loved it

Good simple property for a great price. Clean and amazing staff

The room was really clean and quiet. The coffee maker didn't work, however, there was coffee available in the lobby. The breakfast didn't open until 7:00 which may be late for some travelers. Great breakfast burritos! I stay at the Coyote South every time I visit Sante Fe.

Also 2 thumbs up for the bed!!!

The room smelled like urine when we walked in, should have asked for another but after 12 hours driving we just wanted to rest. The room was comfortable enough but the bathroom lacked soap and extra toilet paper. The staff was friendly. The grounds need some work though.

Parking was good, staff was nice and helpful.

Do not let the people in downtown Santa Fe tell you that it’s not safe in the south side. This place is clean and the staff very prepared t9 make your stay perfect. Breakfast until 10 am! We would return there again with doubt!
