The room was generally clean but there was a smear of brown greenish goop on the bedroom wall

Really enjoyed our stay here, nice clean rooms and lovely location. Highly recommend this place.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The motel was clean and well maintained. One odd thing that was missing was that no complimentary soaps were provided to wash one's hands and face.

lovely place to stay, very convenient location to activities

Other than that, it was a very nice artsy place that I would recommend to others

Staff was very friendly and helpful

The lady talked down to me and acted like I was making trouble for her . When she realized it was broken , she was laughing and wondered why I asked abt coffee machine since they have coffee in the lobby ( I didn’t know that ) the mattress must have been old because it was very lumpy , and difficult to sleep on . The motel looks nice , but maybe the staff could be a little bit nicer . It felt like they thought they were too cool to help someone like me

But the worst part was when I was trying to check out. They have a "self-service" kiosk for guests to conveniently. Check in or check out that appeared to be fully functional. After dropping off my key and beginning that process, the receptionist paused her phone call by muffling the speaker and said something about not using the checkout feature that I couldn't understand. I resumed the short process. Then the front desk person again, rudely disrupted her phone call and berated me threatening additional charges for checking out. The attitude with which she spoke to me was completely inappropriate. Not to mention, having a checkout system that was unclear and potentially could lead to erroneous charges is a major problem that indicates clear lack of oversight. If I had observed anyone that works for me. Speaking to me the way that this young woman spoke to me as a guest, I probably would have just fired her right there. I left confused insulted and likely never to return or recommend.

This hotel has a unique style that really reflects the local character. The room was clean overall, although we did notice a few stains on some of the pillowcases. The front desk staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was also better than expected, with sausage & egg, and vegetarian burritos available.

The rooms are clean, breakfast has a good variety, staff is helpful, easy parking

This hotel has seen better days. The hallways were very dated, so I was hoping the rooms had been updated. Unfortunately, they were even worse. There were spots in the towels in the bathroom. There was no soap for the sink. There were holes in the shower wall, along with hair on the bathroom floor. The AC had not been turned on prior to my arrival, despite having booked the Room two hours before, and the hotel 90% at capacity. Luckily I was only there for 12 hours so I could tolerate it. If I hadn’t driven 700 miles to reach Santa Fe, I would’ve asked for a refund and booked a different hotel. The people are nice, so it makes you wonder why they don’t upgrade their property. You could hear lots of people between the rooms and floors.

Loved how quick check in and check out was. the bathroom wasn’t as clean as i would like but worked really well for a two day stay. would stay here again.

The room was sufficient for the pricing. The bed, however, was too soft for my needs.

The weather very amazing.

You definitely get what you pay for. They are trying really hard. Their lobby and photography is gorgeous but the rooms are old. Our feet stuck to the carpet, there was a roach crawling up the wall, not a bar of soap in the bathroom and it smelled like cigarette smoke in the room. My daughter didn't feel like the beds were clean enough for her to even sleep under the covers. The staff was wonderful though!

The rooms on the second floor smell bad
