The room we got was way bigger (we were upgraded) and had a super comfortable mattress and all the amenities. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We also had one of the best breakfast compared to similar hotels. Bog was clogged when we arrived but it was easily fixed. The fridge didn’t have a freezer.

Ramada Santa Fe is an excellent value. This is more of a hotel than motel, as all indoor entry. The rooms are large with very comfortable beds and seating. Fridge, microwave and large flat screen tv. Keurig type coffee maker. It’s a very safe environment. Decent modern bathroom with tub shower. Would be a 10 except head manager can be grumpy, not sure why. Other staff are fine.

There are only two types of cereal available for the complimentary breakfast. It would be nice if they had a brown cereal option, too. Also, the peeled hard-boiled eggs are served cold and pre-peeled, which is a bit off-putting. However, I am very grateful for the hotel's attentiveness.

Caesar and Sandy very friendly upon arrival, dog friendly as well; was able to check in a bit early; spacious parking Cleanliness freaked out my wife and daughter, footprint in the shower along with a soap bar, bug on the bed as we walked into the room

Great location. Price great breakfast very clean and quiet. Fatima was superb upon check in. Explained parking. Rooms. Breakfast. Asked if any questions. Large comfortable rooms

Falling apart

Hot and can feel the thumping down the hall.

Nothing That they left me stranded. I missed my flight, I called them and they said I was a no show. I made a reservation and paid in full and they wanted me make a new reservation.

Room was great. We arrived early (at1:30pm) and were told we would have to pay an early check-in fee (not uncommon I know) we were not informed that the pool was closed until we arrived and after we agreed to pay the early fee. The pool was a main attraction for us. We didn’t have a choice to look for another hotel due to personal reasons, so we stayed and asked about waiving the fee due to no notice of pool, but she basically ignored us and told us the charge. So we just paid, but we would NOT have stayed here if we had known about the pool being closed.

Breakfast choices, easy level parking spots, comfortable bed, easy to use shower, tv reception was perfect, everything was quiet all night.

Nothing The rudest hostess I have ever met. She called my husband, some filthy names and screamed up and down the halls. No apologies for the live bedbug in our bed left us in the hall in our pajamas while she typed on her computer the actual manager was very bored with our story when we expressed our concerns to him the next morning, the room was filthy as you can see from the attached pictures the worst state I’ve ever had at a hotel.

Thats ok , great Nothing

They are trying to keep charging me after my stay. I was supposed to get a refund but instead I got changed extra and they can’t figure out why.

Not at all what the pictures indicated. NO POOL! They told us at check-in. Not willing to accommodate at all. Breakfast was terrible, and we left after the first night. We will not be back.
