Ramada by Wyndham Santa Fe

Ease of access from road, it was a long trip. It was about $163 the night for a room with the dirtiest bathroom. Mid breakfast.

Hotel.com mentioned that early check in is allowed if the room is ready. I was 2 hours early and was told that the room was ready but early check in will cost extra $50.

Nothing Gross stinky old , loud, disgusting , moldy , ugly

Upon arrival, there was a nasty smell in the hallway. My room was fair but poor smell. Poor painting and the toilet was not working. The gym room was too small and machines were not working. Staff were not friendly.

It was okay Parking was not good at all, small parking lot for the size of hotel and rude staff couldn’t find our reservation, because she marked us as no show directly after we booked the hotel.

The place needs to be renovated. But good enough for one night.

The carpet in the place smells bad. Elevator was filthy. Charged me a 100 security deposit on check in which was not refunded as promised on check out. Breakfast was dry cereal, waffles and bran muffins - much different than a Ramada I stayed at a year ago. Overall I was disappointed

The person at the front desk was kind despite the challenge with the rooms and ultimately leaving. The rooms were not clean. The furniture was all stained, the curtains were broken, the rooms smelled bad. I tried three different rooms before ultimately deciding to leave. I did not stay.

Breakfast was very basic. A waffle and some cereal. Wet apples, kids yogurt.

Can't think of anything but my stay was great

I was satisfied with my stay I stayed for 4 nights and on the 3rd day I asked the housekeeper for towels and she said she didn't have any extra towels so I used 1 towel for the 4 days I was there. Is this normal to not have extra towels for guests?

Good

This was a great place to stay for a couple of nights while we explored Santa Fe. The HVAC worked well, and the bed was comfortable. There were extra pillows on the bed. The location is close (within walking distance) to most services you'd need. There were no USB outlets by the bed, which is a bummer in this day and age. We only found decaf k-cups in the coffee maker, had to get regular ones from the front desk.
