Ramada by Wyndham Santa Fe

Very convenient location, not hard to find. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast needs to be upgraded such as scrambled eggs, toast, muffins fruit. I’m not much of a hard boiled egg person nor cereal

Good location and parking. Breakfast is okay. Bathrooms are in need of major upgrade. Shower was pathetic. Rooms facing the street are very noisy. Pool is closed indefinitely. We requested a quieter room and they refused. I expected more from Ramada.

Basic room. Coffee pot didn’t work and was full of old stagnant water. Was notified at checking that there were renovations underway and the pool was not available for use. That was disappointing for a July trip. It was fine since I was just passing through. All in all it’s a decent location and clean enough.

Food ok. Price is good but the place is rundown but clean and safe. Desk staff is not very friendly or hospitable. Beds Are hard Beds softer and hospitable people

My family and I checked into our rooms after a very long road trip. Upon opening the doors to our rooms a musty old smell overwhelmed us. Immediately we returned to the front desk.to see if there were any other rooms available. None available. We were exhausted so we returned to our rooms. After turning down my bed covers a spider runs across my sheets. Im angry and disgusted. My family from the other room called and stated they found bed bugs crawling on their pillows. We Immediately packed our belongings checked out and canceled our 4 nights stay. The clerk stated they couldn't give us a refund because we reserved through a third party

Pool was broke, breakfast was only cereal and while other stuff out staff didn't want to put other items tho many guest asked

The room Never knew you needed deposit and not cash wow

Friendly staff, clean facilities, free parking, breakfast, and WiFi. Centrally located for shopping or anything else you need Closed pool and breakfast was mostly processed frozen food, except the boiled eggs and the waffle maker
