Best Western Plus Inn of Santa Fe

The staff was great. The pillows and bed was awful. The room smelled.

Staff were awesome. Front desk young man was sweet, kind and very helpful.

Found a roach in the room and after reported to the front desk she is oh well.

Room was clean, toiletries and towels stocked. Parking was a breeze. Overall pleasant stay.

Placed do not disturb on the door and asked for late check out still got a knock on the door by house keeping 2.5 hrs earlier than needed and it gave me a headache. They knocked more than once too! As if! What’s the point of spending extra on a suite in a nicer place if they don’t respect the do not disturb?! Parking was full of trucks blocking multiple spaces across the front of the hotel entrance which made getting things in and out more inconvenient:

The room was clean and maintained well throughout our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well supplied during the entire breakfast hours. Parking was free…which is not the case at many hotel locations. Would happily stay again.

Great all around. Eggs could be better but that's my only complaint.

Best Western barely provided basic amenities. Felt like you needed to bring your own just to meet your needs. Breakfast was basically eggs & sausage that was sparingly supplied. I would not consider staying there again.

The room fit our needs for our short stay. The room was clean, the parking was convenient. Breakfast was easy to get to, and had plenty of choices with a waffle maker, juice, coffee, cereal, and eggs and sausage with tortillas. There was also a Nescafe machine and water dispenser next to the icemaker in the hallway to the lobby, which was a nice touch as well.

The hotel was easy to find and within walking distance of a few restaurants. It's right on a a main road but was still very quiet. The staff was very helpful, breakfast was good. I didn't use the pool so cannot comment on it. I was only there one night but they were able to give me a late checkout as I was doing an organized bike ride the next day that wouldn't finish until 11:00.
