Reviews

Room was larger than expected. Great deal for the price, probably the best on 'hotel row' in Santa Fe.
-
The location was convenient, with several shops nearby, and the area was pretty quiet. The room itself was a good size and comfortable overall. One downside was that on the last day, I ended up with ants all over the floor and even on the bed. Since I was staying for several days, it also would have been nice to have the room cleaned at least once during the week. The ants may be more common with a bottom-floor room, but it was still unpleasant. Overall, the stay was decent, but more frequent housekeeping and better pest control would have made it much better.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub area was very clean and quite a nice perk. The manager was very courteous and available. The room was clean and well kept. The location was great and happened to be close to Meow Wolf which was on our list of things to do. Not a bad drive to central Santa Fe as well. I would absolutely stay here again.

We were on the second floor, no elevator. two old ladies going up the stairs with luggage and back down with luggage was not a great expierence.
-
Perfect for any length of stay. Quiet, clean, and comfortable. Well located too. Will be back next time we come through Santa Fe!

-

It’s new and everything works. The fresh made omelette is really good. We used the pool and hot tub. No complaints.
-
We stayed in 2 rooms, one was good the other rooms shower was full of mold.
-
Nice. Clean. Great for the price and loved the hot tub.
-
The rooms were updated and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of restaurants close by. Plenty of parking. Continental breakfast that includes made to order scrambled eggs or cheese omelette
-
Awesome experience. Everything was perfect. Was so nice to have two luggage racks as most hotels only provide one. Breakfast eggs, cooked to order. Highly recommend this hotel.
-
Cute lobby area, small seeming motel. We had a second floor room because we were told it would be more quiet; it was very quiet. Only sounds were the banging of the very heavy room doors. Breakfast was made to order cheese omelette or scrambled eggs. There was a waffle station, cold cereal and milk, instant oatmeal, mini muffins and croissants, yogurt, coffee, orange juice and bananas. Yes, we would return if ever back in the area.
-
Room was very clean and large. Good A/C. Omelets and fresh coffee in the morning. Second floor rooms are tough to get to w/o an elevator.
-
The hotel is spotless. Upon entering the lobby, you are greeted by a pleasant, fresh fragrance. The check-in process was smooth. The room is spacious and well-equipped with brand-new amenities—it appears to have been recently renovated. The color scheme is fresh and elegant, and most importantly, the room is immaculate. The bed looks very comfortable.

Clean room. Quiet. Good staff. OK continental breakfast. One major down fall, no elevator!! I know this isn’t the property managers fault though but still sux having to climb up and down a flight of stairs carrying luggage. Not sure if the lower price is worth that.
