This booking was made for a co-worker. They report the hotel was very nice, and very quiet. They were able to use their hotel time for studying without disturbances, and appreciated the convenient location.

Floors were dirty , damaged moldings, broken furniture, bathroom walls and shower were in need of repair or replacement. TV and fridge were better than usual. Our “balcony” overlooked an alley and storage containers. Ice machines were broken. Will not be staying here again

All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
-
The AC in our room was so loud it sounded like a freight train so we had the worst night sleep.
-
Room was clean and staff was extremely professional and friendly.

Nice property . Convenient to airport.

Love the cookies they are always the best part

Only complaint is about the balcony. We had a shared balcony stuck behind another room. The par we were permitted to was technically not a balcony.

Everything else is outdated and kind of shabby looking. This hotel needs some serious upgrading. Even the walls are so thin I could hear the TV on in the room next to me. That's pretty bad for a Hilton hotel.

Hot tub was temporarily out of order (lie). We were there several days. No word from management if or when it would be fixed. Its a city! It could be fixed today!! No breakfast. Old rooms. Crumbly cable tv. Priced the same as the new place right around the corner. Guess I know where to go next time.

So I have stayed here a few times. Great location for me. Reasonable rates, basic hotel. Rooms are clean and bed comfortable. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Bathroom is in decent shape but bathroom fixtures (tub/shower) are in big need of renewal and replacement. They function poorly and not efficiently. A minor blip on a good stay.

I had an email confirmation of 3 nights in a king size bed room WITH balcony. When I arrived, the desk clerk told me that I didn't have a balcony with my reservations. I show him the conformations, and he says there are no balconies on that side of the building and that he blames the "3rd party websites" for getting the descriptions wrong. Well, someone was misrepresenting the room description. I told him that it didn't matter that I had paid for a room with a balcony and had confirmation of the same. He set me up with a room for 3 nights with no balcony...we got to the room, and the light didn't work in the bathroom. Arrived back at the desk to give them back the keys. The hotel is starting to look run-down and is in need of an interior paint job.

Had reservations of a room with a balcony. Someone lied... that was no balcony... or there were... but the desk clerk refused, even with email confirmations that we had balcony room reservations. We left. We'd better get our refunds—rude staff.
