DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Santa Fe

Breakfast was great, and the staff friendly. Asked for a quiet room and was given a room directly facing the road. They gave us a different room not directly facing road, and it was better.

The staff was very nice but the hotel room was bad. The bedding had a bad smell and the bathroom was dirty. I left early and didn’t stay the night.

Staff were very nice and helpful but the breakfast area had cockroaches running around

Furniture felt old and dated. I always stay Hiton and this was not the usual hilton quality

My flight was canceled at 6am and I was able to get my old room back and able to eat and relax again before new flight. Thank you

I couldn't wait to leave. Filthy balcony with bird poop dripping on wall, dirty seats and floor. Bathroom corners on floor and baseboards were so bad I closed my eyes to use the restroom. No air conditioning for the 3 days we were there in their bar and restaurant. The place had not been updated in probably 40 years. decor was mismatched colors and furniture. Many other choices as it turned out.

The only thing needed was a update to the interior of the rooms as they are very outdated and tattered

Convenient check-in and check out. Breakfast was affordable with table service and cloth napkins available. Although not located in the historic district, it is very convenient to two major arteries. The convenience made our stay in Santa Fe pleasurable.

The hotel has been updated, new mattress, carpet in halls, only ding was the AC unit was noisy

This booking was made for a co-worker. They report the hotel was very nice, and very quiet. They were able to use their hotel time for studying without disturbances, and appreciated the convenient location.

Floors were dirty , damaged moldings, broken furniture, bathroom walls and shower were in need of repair or replacement. TV and fridge were better than usual. Our “balcony” overlooked an alley and storage containers. Ice machines were broken. Will not be staying here again

All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The AC in our room was so loud it sounded like a freight train so we had the worst night sleep.

Room was clean and staff was extremely professional and friendly.
