It was clean though and the bed and pillows were super soft!!!

I was there over night, it met all my need for the night. They had breakfast starting at 7am which was helpful because I had an early departure and was able to eat and run. For the price in Santa Fe, I would definitely stay again.

Good breakfast. It’s only a 12-14 minute drive to the Plaza area. Good for the price.

Location was not bad. Close to good restaurants and drivable distance to plaza. There are no closets in rooms or shuttle service.

The room was clean. Staff was helpful. I just wish there was a net for the pool so that I could clean the bugs, hair, and trees pieces that fell in naturally. Thank you for the stay and service.

Rented a ton for family that were visiting. They were pleased and slept well with the comfy pillows. The eagles were yummy!

Except for one detail, I thought the hotel was very good. The rooms were clean and had been updated. The grounds were well kept and the noise level, even though the hotel was on the main drag, was reasonable, even at night. The one item that totally disappointed me was the breakfast. I went down early (7am) and already the eggs and sausage were cold. When I tried to eat the eggs and suasage the taste was horrible. I finally threw it all away and went elsewhere for breakfast. That night I suffered strong intestinal pain -- all night long. I don't know that it was due to a problem with the breakfast, but I suspect that it was. I spent the next 36 hours trying to sleep it off. By my check-out time on Monday, I was feeling much better, but I never went back for breakfas there again. I'd have to say of all the hotels I've stayed in, that was the worst experience for breakfast I've ever had.

I eventually got a response from the manager after filling a review for Quality Inn directly and when I tried to reply it was auto rejected.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with expedia and between expedia and the gotel, everything got worked out.
