Rented a ton for family that were visiting. They were pleased and slept well with the comfy pillows. The eagles were yummy!

no wifi no hot water second day

Except for one detail, I thought the hotel was very good. The rooms were clean and had been updated. The grounds were well kept and the noise level, even though the hotel was on the main drag, was reasonable, even at night. The one item that totally disappointed me was the breakfast. I went down early (7am) and already the eggs and sausage were cold. When I tried to eat the eggs and suasage the taste was horrible. I finally threw it all away and went elsewhere for breakfast. That night I suffered strong intestinal pain -- all night long. I don't know that it was due to a problem with the breakfast, but I suspect that it was. I spent the next 36 hours trying to sleep it off. By my check-out time on Monday, I was feeling much better, but I never went back for breakfas there again. I'd have to say of all the hotels I've stayed in, that was the worst experience for breakfast I've ever had.

I eventually got a response from the manager after filling a review for Quality Inn directly and when I tried to reply it was auto rejected.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with expedia and between expedia and the gotel, everything got worked out.

Nice enough

Breakfast was fresh. Parking was easy and pretty safe. Close to Meow Wolf and Walmart.

Love how well maintained and clean this hotel. Hot breakfast was a huge plus and have many options to choose from. The whole staff is amazing and thank you to the lady for allowing me to get some of their lavender plants to take home. Will definitely stay here in the future trip.

My room had dead roaches and live bugs! I found hairs in the bed and all over the restroom.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast included sausage, eggs, and other stuff. My only wishes was for warmer water in the pool or a hot tub.

It’s not an hotel it’s a Motel, but they called that as hotel. Not sure how Quality hand over the management to them. Internet was terrible. If you just stay for a night it will be ok. Before book check other platforms you will get more cheap price. Make sure take some noise reduction stuff it’s too loud on the room. Do not recommend this place

Very clean and comfortable No

Very kind and accommodating staff. Good customer service. Good traditional continental breakfast (as expected), very quiet (which I was surprised by - couldn’t hear the neighbors upstairs or the street (which was a worry of mine)). Felt very safe and secure. Lots of cameras around. Very clean and organized. Everything was great

Bad breakfast

Did not enjoy learning— after I was there— that there was no housekeeping.
