Travel with kids and a pet and it was a relaxing, enjoyable stay.

front desk people are not kind

The staff was amazing!!!we was talking at check in and when I told her we was going to white sands national Park the next day she offered us 2 sleds to borrow. She even let us bring them back after check out time.

No frills motel. Located right on a main road. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was typical for this range of motel with continental and some hot items. Room was clean and in good working order. Wifi worked fine.

I was hopeful but a bit skeptical at first because there was a fence around the property. My hope dissipated when I entered the room and found a dead roach in the corner along with spider webs under the corner chair. Also there was no closet, just a clothing rack against the wall. The mattress was uncomfortable and cratered out when laying on it. And to top it off, the ice machine was broken. On a positive note the water pressure was good and the hot water was hot.

Pretty quiet even though parking is right in front of the rooms. The A/C did not work but was very loud. I did not notice the A/C wasn't working (cooling) because upon arrival I immediately went to meet relatives at a restaurant and it wasn't until the middle of the night when I couldn't sleep due to the temperature in the room that I finally stuck my hand up in front of the vent and felt that the air wasn't very cool at all. I was unable to sleep until 1 am when I finally turned off the A/C and opened the window since the outdoor temperature had fallen below 72 degrees. My advice is upon check-in to make sure the A/C is actually blowing out cool air, not just loudly churning out somewhat cool air and ask to change rooms if the temperature is not satisfactory.

Room was clean , air conditioner was not great in 1 room out of the 3 I had . Staff was great , helpful & quick to handle complaints. Breakfast tasted great . Good parking .

Convenient and easily accessible. Very clean and updated rooms. Pool was very clean, a little chilly… Breakfast was awesome… Nothing…

The property was very clean and comfortable, with a nice pool and a good breakfast. It was located near a lot of restaurants and shopping. It seemed like the walls were pretty thin as we heard a lot of noise from outside traffic and the upstairs room.

The staff was great. It was pretty decent for a night stay. The breakfast was great. The room was clean. In my original room, the privacy shade was laying on the bed and they switched my room with no problems. The bed was a little stiff but I didnt expect anything more.

It was clean though and the bed and pillows were super soft!!!

The room had dogs next door that were noisy at times. The bottom of the door of our room didn’t seal-(light coming through) We did not stay for breakfast.

It was okay. The website and listing here make the place look a lot better than it actually is.

location price we stayed in 3 motels on trip, this was the most expensive and the worst room on trip. should be priced at least 40 dollars lower.

The pool was clean, the room was clean, and the breakfast was good.

It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was simple but very good , plenty of everything. Nothing was wrong.
