The property was clean and staff friendly. I was surprised at check in when I was told that they charge for parking for guests, it was 3 dollars plus per day!!!!! Sticker on mirror in the bathroom said they would clean room every other day. Not a biggie, but when I called the the front desk on the on what I thought should be my day for room cleaning and asked if they could come and at least empty the trash. I was told they only do it every three days!!!! She said they would come and empty trash and bring clean towels. They did empty the trash and just left towels on the sink counter. Didn't even put them on the rack. We had used all the paper coffee cups in the room by this time, did they leave a couple more...no!!! I guess I just assumed the cleaning staff would be a little more considerate.....I understand that the cost of everything is rising, but for the price of a room, you would certainly think that charging for parking and at least checking room to be sure the basics were stocked would be included....I guess I am just to old to understand the new way of treating your customers.....

Breakfast was cold and they ran out 2 of the 5 nights we stayed there. Otherwise an excellent hotel and pool. Just breakfast was a let down sometimes

THIS HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN

The breakfast was fine on Saturday. On Sunday they had No one to cook so it was just cold stuff. All sugar and carbs no protein, not a healthy breakfast The breakfast could be better and the elevator was out for awhile

Enjoyed our stay

Breakfast was a mess. Several items were out, even the coffee. When the lady brought the coffee out, she seemed upset that we asked for it to be refilled. It had grounds in the coffee, not drinkable.

When we went downstairs to report the issue, the “general manager”, told us there were no more suites available and moved us into a standard room, two queen beds. At that point, he also told us we wouldn’t be able to receive any discount because we booked through a third‑party, even though we checked out directly through the Hampton Inn itself. On top of that, the elevators were not working correctly, forcing us to carry all of our luggage up and down the stairs twice. Unfortunately, the worst part of the entire experience was the behavior of the “general manager”. He told me the only thing they could do was refund the parking pass and the pet fee. Then, after reading corporate’s notes, he became extremely upset, called me a liar again, and threatened us he was going to add those fees back onto my credit card. He then hung up on me. Between the filthy room, the broken elevators, the downgrade with no compensation, the checkout overcharge, and the hostile treatment from management, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

From beginning to end, our stay at this hotel was wonderful. Both the property and our room were clean and well-maintained. The hotel is located in a nice, safe area with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The staff was incredibly friendly, and they even accommodated us for a seamless check-in 30 minutes early. We had a room with a mountain view, which was absolutely perfect for watching the 4th of July fireworks across the city. The indoor pool area was also awesome—clean, warm, and fully stocked with towels so we didn't have to stop by the front desk first. The rinse-off shower by the pool is a great touch. Breakfast was good overall, and the waffle station was excellent with plenty of toppings to choose from. However, it was a bit disappointing that there wasn't a wider variety of fruit or breakfast sausage. The egg quality was also inconsistent; they were flavorful and delicious on our first day, but definitely undercooked the next morning. Lastly, while the outdoor space is nice, the designated pet area is entirely rock. Adding a small section of turf or grass would be a wonderful touch for those of us traveling with our four-legged babies! Overall we had a great stay and will definitely would stay again.
