The building showed water damage. There was trash under our beds. There was hair and stains on the bed as well.

Food was almost gone and cold. I found a cockroach in the bath tub. Reported it to the front desk who said they would report it. I got the impression that they could care less. I reported it to Baymont and only got AI responses, so y'all must not care about this either. I'm waiting for one of your patented answers you give your customers about the pride you take in your facility and every customer is important. I apparently am not. Look up the number of stays I had there this year. That's how many you just lost, but I understand the percentage of loss you allow. The beat goes on.
