Hyatt Place Santa Fe

We stay at Hyatt place hotels often. This one was newly renovated and while it looked okay it lacked the 2nd near the frig and the queen beds were soft and lumpy- truly horrible compared to the old firm beds we are used to here.

Location was fine. There was a hairball clogging the only sink. When we opened the sofa bed there was hair and crumbs on the sheets. We were missing some bedding.

Property was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was decent. Pool was clean.

Something that people don’t get all the time. Mainly the Gentleman at the counter lobby. Very nice and welcoming. I recommend this place for your next trip to Santa Fe. Thank you

Breakfast, Clean, Everything was excellent

For the past five years, we have consistently chosen this hotel for my son's annual birthday celebration, and each experience has been exceptional. The staff consistently demonstrates remarkable kindness and hospitality, consistently exceeding our expectations during every visit.

room was new, spacious and comfortable. we would have liked a full restaurant and bar.

Brief stay was very good and I would stay again.

It was a convenient location. It was a comfortable big room with everything you needed. The staff was very attentive and helpful. It had the best breakfast! They served eggs with green chile sauce and potatoes and bacon or sausage. They also had a nice big bowl of assorted fresh fruit. Along with all the other breakfast items cereal yogurt bagels toast etc. Nothing.

Hyatt Place is always a reliable place to stay. Clean, quiet, easy to get too. It’s a great option, as long as you aren’t looking to stay near the plaza.

This place is the absolute best place to stay. Very understanding about an early check in due to doctors appointment. The staff is the absolute best all the way around! Feels like home when we stay there. Definitely recommend to anyone passing through Santa Fe.

It was clean. It is a newer facility. The breakfast was decent. The location is good. The staff was very nice. Could hear the foot steps of the guests above us

Property is clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. The split bathroom is odd. Good in theory, but not in practice. The bathroom doors are sliders that don’t actually close or lock. The shower faucet was coming off the wall and water didn’t stay hot.
