Comfort Inn Santa Fe South

Wanted a hotel with a pool. No where did it say pool was under maintenance

Room was clean. Bathroom was fair. Breakfast needs two waffle makers. Not enough food or options for how many people were there. Hot tub was nice. Man at front desk was very nice. Would stay again.

Breakfast lowkey sucked but it was an okey stay.

I decided to take a trip with my granddaughter's before the start of school, so we spent the weekend in Santa Fe and stayed the Comfort Inn South. I am absolutely so happy and satisfied with the level of service that we received. The rooms were very well cleaned and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. The breakfast couldn't have been any better for both myself and my granddaughter's. As soon as the bacon would run out they would put out another batch of bacon and sausage. I am on the Keto diet and there were so many available option that helped me stay on track with my diet. Thank you. The pool was clean and so was the hot tub. We had a great time and we will definitely be making this trip again the future.

Close to downtown, clean room

The check in was very poor. The staff member was on the phone with her ear buds on an obviously personal call through the whole check in process. She also thought my Maryland driver's license was from out of the country . I had several interactions with her and she was always on the phone. The other staff were more professional. The breakfast was subpar.

Clean and great staff!

The remodel pool looked clean and extra towels available (but very tiny) . Also there is a decent size hot tub. Forgot a toothbrush and they had extra at front desk. The breakfast includes hot items; bacon, eggs, and sausage. Rooms very clean and include mini fridge and microwave. If you are going to visit downtown I suggest using "Lyft" as they are always going back and forth and it's better than trying to park downtown and walk. If you are going to eat down town I suggest calling ahead or checking in and plan on walking around for an hour. I did the ghost tour from u.s.ghostadventures.com. it was beautiful in the evening and gave good insight and history in downtown. The walk was short but perfect. Made me feel less lost the next day and plenty to talk about.

The property was clean. We enjoyed the pool. Didn’t care for the location.

Elevator was awful. Laundry room was horrible. The dryer was loud wasn't for Sure if it worked the way it sounded

Beautiful place.

Joslyn was very kind and helpful! Pool and hot tub were great. The room was on the restroom had hair which wasn’t a dealbreaker.

I was expecting better place

STAFF NOT TO FRIENDLY BUT NOT BAD. THE ROON WE GOT WAS ON THE 2ND FLOOR IT WAS A SUITE. FIRST IMPRESSION OF ROOM WAS NICE AND CLEAN. AC WORRKED REALLY GOOD . BEDS ARE VERY HIGH BUT COMFORTABLE. TV KEPT LOOSING SIGNAL SO HAD TO WATCH ON OUR PHONES. THE DOOR DEADBOLT LOCK WAS BROKEN . BATHROOM WAS NICE AND BIG BUT THE BATHTUB/SHOWER COMBO HORRIBLE VERY HIGH TO GET IN TO TAKE A SHOWER IF YOU HAVE BAD KNEES YOU NEED ASSISTANCE DONT TRY IT ALONE . COUCH IN ROOM SUNK ALL THE WAY TO FLOOR . POOL AND HOT TUB NICE CLEAN AREA BUT THE STEPS TO GET IN AND OUT HORRIBLE NOT SAFE FOR A PERSON WITH KNEE OR LEG ISSUES SO DISAPPOINTED I HURT MY KNEES GETTING IN AND OUT OF BOTH .BREAKFEAST WAS REALLY GOOD NICE CHOICES. CHECK OUT Lady not to friendly didnt say thank you kind of disappointed in the customer service. Will I stay here again NO unless I absolutely have to .

The pool had been closed for some time due to maintenance issues.

Excellent staff that were helpful. The room was as expected and good value. Would highly recommend this hotel.
