Very comfortable room and bed. Quiet. Good blackout shades. Good fairly quiet heating and air conditioning. Helpful staff. Nice bar. Not very good coffee in room or lobby. No tea in room.

It was a nice place for a quick work trip. It is far from the downtown area and not walkable to anything interesting. We enjoyed the pool

Beautiful retro style

Needs some TLC, very tired-looking property. The room was basic (despite it being an upgrade) but adequate. Unfortunately the bed and pillows were very hard and the AC unit was extremely loud, resulting in a difficult night and very little sleep. We chose to check out in the morning after just one night of our two-night booking. The staff was pleasant upon check-in and check-out.

Love the property, the grounds and layout, they were super friendly and let me use a room near the lobby to take a video call in. The food truck on site is great, as is the pool.

Room was as described and the bed was comfortable. The room was clean and I didn't really hear any neighbor noise through the walls which is always a big bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful and I enjoyed all the on site amenities (when I could use them) Atheistic and vibes were good. The pillows are in desperate need of replacement. They were flat and lumpy. The HVAC unit in the room also probably needs an upgrade, it was pretty noisy. Also was pretty disappointed that the pool was closed for an entire day on a Saturday because a wedding rented it out. I feel like all day rentals are a bit much like how about a designated time so the other guests can actually use the pool too? That was a selling point for me in booking this hotel and find out I couldn't use it at all for a whole day was a big bummer. Maybe communicate that to guests in advance so they can weigh other options

Still a classic in Santa Fe. Haven’t been here in years, but came in a quick overnight girls’ trip. Price is good, rooms beautifully maintained and beds comfy. They have a bar but for breakfast and dinner they have a food truck. Breakfast was reasonably priced for Santa Fe, delicious with massive portions. Will definitely return!

Nothing, the place was over rated and way over priced. Pretty much everything. If there weren’t cars in the lot based on the condition of the landscaping and buildings you would think the place was abandoned. Parking is a joke if there are no unmarked parking spaces in the dirt parking lot near the room had to park on the other side of the property. Stayed at 10 different motels on our trip and by far the most expensive, disappointing and ghetto of any place we stayed.

Loved to old vines and buildings. Happily ran into a free concert too which was great.

I stayed three nights and was comfortable. My room had a kitchen, which I liked. The bed was too soft, maybe. All in all, it is a good p!ace to stay.

My husband is in a wheelchair so we reserved an accessibility room. We also have an accessibility van with a ramp for the wheelchair. We’ve stayed in that room before and it is great. However, after attending a concert at the Santa Fe Opera, we returned to the hotel only to find no parking spaces available, whether handicapped or not. Decided to just pack up and leave. As we were leaving, noticed three other vehicles leaving at same time. I am assuming they were locals who were at their bar, which had just closed at 11. So would not recommend if you are going to an event and planning to return to the hotel when their bar is open. We only spent an hour in the room total before the concert. Disappointed!!

Hot tub was fun and not super warm. We came on a rainy day. The attached bar had live music and a fun food truck. The in room instant coffee was great and the whole place had a very cool vibe. Would stay again and recommend for couples, girl trips, wedding parties or a mother daughter trip like we did.

Enjoyed the property grounds with several areas to sit and enjoy outside. The spa was nice — we had it to ourselves! Staff was helpful and we utilized the laundry facilities while there. There was a good food truck providing breakfast and snacks but we chose to visit a historic diner a block away that served amazing pancakes!

Terrible. Wanted to stay here for years, ended up being one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Toilet wouldn’t flush multiple times, a common issue, per the front desk. Toilet overflowed - we returned late at night to a filthy, wet and unusable bathroom and were told we’d have to wait for the morning for help. Were told the next morning everything had been fixed/cleaned, but when we returned to the room it was untouched, still dirty and wet. Staff was rude, contradictory and unprofessional at every turn. We checked out early and went elsewhere. Won’t return.
