Inn at Santa Fe, SureStay Collection by Best Western

The door handle to our room was broken, you needed to pretty much force your way in. The carpet was stained. Bathroom was very small. Beds were ok. Linens clean. Breakfast was very weak, we went and found a restaurant instead. It was a place to stay after a long drive but not a vacation spot by any means. Parking was fine. Staff barely spoke to us.

Good location, great green chili but only good thing about the breakfast. Website made it look better than it was.

All good only thing I’d change is there was a little Oder when you walked into the guest rooms

It was such an easy and convenient place to stay. Clean, friendly staff, nice complimentary breakfast, pool and hot tub. Easy to park and get around. Just a pleasant vibe all the way around. I don’t really have any negatives.

It was fine for a few nights , clean and quiet..but the pool. sauna and hot tub were out or commission. Those were amenities we hoped to use.

The rooms are not very spacious & the carpets need shampooing or replacement. The parking lot is not big. Two trucks pulling trailers took up 5 spacers each & 1 parked in the entrance ramp. Complementary water bottles aren't available. The food was good although the pancakes were small. The beds were comfortable

Really great find that was about 17 min out from the downtown portion of Santa Fe. Clean rooms, decent breakfast, and western feel. I’d stay again for sure for the price!

Older but well maintained and started with higher quality. A great value for the price.

Fantastic breakfast… parking, easy and convenient

Breakfast was really good. People were nice. Nice hotel. Would have been 5 stars but the rooms are tiny. Otherwise a great place to stay if you’re in Santa Fe.

It did the job. It was clean and close to Texas Roadhouse.

The bed was clean, as were the toilet and shower. The staff were fantastic.

The room was small but clean and the air conditioning worked so well. Was not too close to shopping but overall very nice stay. I would recommend!!

We spend at least a week here twice annually when visiting La Cieniga family.

Amazing staff, wonderful breakfast buffet, great outdoor pool & hot tub, convenient to all attractions and shopping. Overall hotel is older but they have fixed it up to be a really cute vibe with a home feel. The rooms from what staff explained are still being updated and you’ll see the older carpets and bathroom… bathrooms are still very clean but the carpets are rough. They are supposedly the next thing to be updated. This is an excellent family and pet friendly place
