Green Chile breakfast was great!

Room was really clean as were the linens.

Hotel has lost its appeal. Pool was closed in the middle of the summer, road work was horrendous and trying to get in and out of site was very difficult and confusing. Breakfast was cold and unappetizing, no flavor! Even the beans were cold, needed salt and did not look fresh. I was very disappointed this time around.

The breakfast is delish! Located near food, shopping, and near the highway. Stayed 16 nights.

When you enter your room, you will feel like pleasantly relaxed laying on the bed after taking a shower using the excellent scented shampoo, condition, and body wash! Our room was at then end of the hallway and it was so quiet we didn’t hear any disturbances, not even the birds singing in the morning! The breakfast was hot and was delicious! We will definitely come back!

Room was very clean, dining room was clean and comfortable. Bad thing pool and hot tub were out of order. Was offered free cancellation but by a long day not going to find another hotel.

Great place to stay, great location, very nice rooms, well staffed and they are very helpful and polite.

The hotel staff today was helpful and brought us another blanket, which we appreciated. However, the overall condition of the room still made our stay uncomfortable.

Are really nice place to stay at a good price. Attractive hotel with notably good breakfast w/ green chile & beans to go with eggs and sausage, etc. Nice pool and hot tub, when they are actually working.

Room was VERY dusty. Might need to change their air filters. My safe was locked upon check-in, so I called down right away to let the front desk know. A couple of days later when I still couldn’t get access to it, I called the desk again and someone came later that day to open it. The outdoor pool was “not available” during our stay. If I had known that, I would’ve looked at other hotels.

The pool and hot tub were unavailable both stays, which I had hoped to use because the weather was very hot. The room during the first stay had a bad pet urine smell. I hoped it would go away, but it just got worse. the a/c didn't help much with that. the breakfast was decent with hot food choices and the dining area was clean, and the coffee was always hot and fresh.

The staff is friendly, the room is clean, and the breakfast is very good. It’s a great value for what we paid. It’s also very conveniently located.

Excellent and scenic location and first class facilities. Staff was helpful. Margaret was very helpful and welcoming. She is a conscientious worker and courteous. I enjyoued talking to her. Pam helped us to celebrate our family reunion on her own initiative. She exuded warmth and we felt welcome there. Vivian Shaw was also very helpful during our contract talks and kept in touch with me, which is an example of professionalism and promptness. We would like to come back to your place in the near future. Great place and staff!

I couldn't decide on a place and man was I happy to have picked this one!! It's located right off of the highway and near to everything you need. The bed and pillows were amazing. I always love how New Mexico serves green chilies everywhere for every meal. I travel a lot and this was the best Continental breakfast I've ever had, seriously. Scrambled eggs that didn't seem fake, with beans, sausage, and green chilies. It was delicious.

Sad, eggs If you're going to offer beans/green chili then you should also offer tortillas. No waffles, no gravy or potatoes
