I book the room at 9 PM had the hardest time trying to get checked in. Something about the hotel, not receiving the money until midnight so I couldn’t check in to get a confirmation on Payment until midnight. Front desk wanted me to cancel and rebook through them directly no third-party.

Breakfast was only cereal and a muffin as options area was not cleaned , I stayed there from Thursday to Sunday only 1 day of room service and that’s because I requested trash wasn’t taken out and neither were the beds made on any days

It was super dirty, broken stuff, extremely uncomfortable bed and blankets and small pillows… loud people drinking in parking lot… ac wasn’t working and it smelled like mildew

Bed was great. TV would not connect to the internet so I could not watch TV. The TV stand was heavily damaged.

Definitely don't expect anything above and beyond. This hotel is perfectly adequate in many ways. Although I did drop 1 star for a roach spotted by my wife in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable but the A/C wasn't very effective, it felt very muggy inside at night. The rooms are clean but definitely dated. Also the walls are very thin so u can definitely hear others guests in the rooms next to you. We just stopped in to sleep and continue our trip so it was fine.
