Best Western Plus Big America

Good service

Considering the area, this is a very nice place to stay. The area isn't terrible, but also not the best. We felt safe and comfortable and the room was nice and spacious. Make sure you get to breakfast on time, cause there is no mercy a min past. They will literally pour the coffee out and dump all the food right in your face right when it hits 0930, haha. Decent selection of food considering breakfast is included, not many places do that any longer. Overall, we'd stay again and know to get our butts to breakfast sooner rather than later!

Hot Tub was unusable. So extremely hot we were burned upon entering. Couldn’t sit down and skin turned red from just stepping into the tub. Talked to staff and they said there was nothing they could do. Later, we tried to get just fresh towels replaced for our room from the front desk (since housekeeping had none) but they had none either. Things happen, I get it. But, it’s the treatment by the staff when they do happen that makes all the difference in the world.

The room was clean and spacious for my family and I. Breakfast is nice with many options for the whole family. And the staff were friendly and helpful.

This was a last minute decision to book, but we are so glad we did, the room was decent size with two queen beds, the bathroom came with a big closet and a vanity which was really nice, my mother really loved the heated pool along with my husband who enjoyed the hot tub more, internet was great, we also traveled with our dog, and they did not charge a fee for her, the only thing is I wish they had usb ports or more outlets for our electronics, the next morning they had breakfast from 6:30-9:30, which was had a good selection of food options, and everything we ate was very well prepared, good selection of coffee which they have running 24hours, we definitely enjoyed our stay and we will be back!

Very loud if you are downstairs and I would definitely not stay in a downstairs unit again. Sounds like upstairs neighbors are stomping every time they move around and I can hear so many voices from outside starting at 7am. Lots of families with kids using the pool and hot tub, making it too crowded to use. Breakfast was so crowded I didn't even bother. They let stray cats roam inside the lobby and they feed them, which I found weird.

The toilet was leaking and the room smelled like a brewery. The area the hotels is at was not safe.

Very nice rooms & location All ?

We appreciated the open size of the bathroom.

Clean comfortable beds and very large bathroom with area to sit and put on your makeup. It was a little noisy outside, but we just turned on the a/c as a white noise. Loved that this hotel had an elevator in addition to stairs, which made it easier for bringing up luggage.

We like this location. This was our 2nd time staying here. We were disappointed that we did not get the room we reserved. The room seemed to have zero insulation. We could hear the cars on Broadway, people talking outside & the noise from the pool area.
