Best motel we’ve stayed at! We had a two room suite with a queen and king bed. Loved the ability to watch Netflix and youtube via the smart TV. Rooms were carpeted with good quality higher pile carpet and felt clean. Wall mounted shampoo/body wash gives it a high end feel. Daily housekeeping without us asking is a plus! We appreciate the daily warm breakfast ( egg, potatoes, sausage, waffle, yogurt, fruit, muffins) complete with a cappuccino machine and complimentary bottled water to go! Front desk was super nice and even had toothpaste when we forgot to bring it.

The room was also spotless. I did not eat breakfast, but I did use the in-room coffee. It would be a lovely upgrade if liquid creamer was available in the room, instead of powdered creamer. Next time, I will hit the local grocery store, and buy some, as the room comes with a fridge.

Good service

Considering the area, this is a very nice place to stay. The area isn't terrible, but also not the best. We felt safe and comfortable and the room was nice and spacious. Make sure you get to breakfast on time, cause there is no mercy a min past. They will literally pour the coffee out and dump all the food right in your face right when it hits 0930, haha. Decent selection of food considering breakfast is included, not many places do that any longer. Overall, we'd stay again and know to get our butts to breakfast sooner rather than later!

Hot Tub was unusable. So extremely hot we were burned upon entering. Couldn’t sit down and skin turned red from just stepping into the tub. Talked to staff and they said there was nothing they could do. Later, we tried to get just fresh towels replaced for our room from the front desk (since housekeeping had none) but they had none either. Things happen, I get it. But, it’s the treatment by the staff when they do happen that makes all the difference in the world.

The room was clean and spacious for my family and I. Breakfast is nice with many options for the whole family. And the staff were friendly and helpful.

This was a last minute decision to book, but we are so glad we did, the room was decent size with two queen beds, the bathroom came with a big closet and a vanity which was really nice, my mother really loved the heated pool along with my husband who enjoyed the hot tub more, internet was great, we also traveled with our dog, and they did not charge a fee for her, the only thing is I wish they had usb ports or more outlets for our electronics, the next morning they had breakfast from 6:30-9:30, which was had a good selection of food options, and everything we ate was very well prepared, good selection of coffee which they have running 24hours, we definitely enjoyed our stay and we will be back!
