The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with lots of great amenities. The staff were all very kind and welcoming. I also accidentally left something behind, and they called me right away to let me know, which I really appreciated! A huge plus is that the hotel is pet-friendly with no pet fees, which made traveling with our furry friend so much easier. Would definitely stay here again!

It was a terrible experience while checking in. The receptionist Linda was very unprofessional. She was so horrible that i asked the other staff member if there was an 800 number i can call and Linda would interrupt by saying Im in charge. While I was speaking to another staff Linda would rudely interrupt our conversation leaving her customers unintended. I will never go to that hotel again.

The room was pretty good. I mean Though you should probably get one that isn’t connecting. Also the staff was super helpful. There’s Fastfood stuff nearby but if you go a little bit further there is good Santa Maria Style BBQ.
