Homewood Suites by Hilton Santa Maria

They did not replenish our towels considering we were there for 3 nights. According to the frint desk, it is usually replenish every other day and unfortunately, they said they do not know what happened. We also asked for room refresh but was not done

Checkin was easy and hotel has ample parking. Rooms are very large. Love the full kitchen and fridge. Our room had a weird odor in it when we arrived. Once I wiped down everything with disinfectant wipes, that seemed to help some. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very nice. Close to freeway and lots of places to eat nearby.

The staff was very courteous and professional. The room was very nice and we enjoyed the breakfast.

Clean room, comfy bed with fluffy pillows and very friendly and helpful staff. Couldn’t ask for more!

Exceptional

Breakfast was good. Hot, and a variety of things for the kids. I booked a king suite but at check in they said they didn't have it available so I got 2 queens instead. It worked but my family was cramped.

This was the best hotel we have stayed in by far in a long time. The facility was spectacular and the staff was wonderful. The fitness room was the best of any hotel we have stayed in. The breakfast that was included offered excellent choices. Our room was quiet and if we had needed an extended stay this would have been a great place to be. We will choose a Homewood Suites again!

Wonderful hotel, location, and service! We booked through Expedia and initially there was a small hiccup with our room but Ange was quick to offer a better replacement and accommodation. Rooms were spacious and spotless. All the staff was friendly and courteous. Our girls loved the pool and the continental breakfast was one of the best we've had, with different offerings such as delicious cartinas tacos! Overall 10/10 and we'd definitely stay here again. Thank you very much Ange and all the Homewood Suites staff for a wonderful stay!!

Nice and clean

This was a very nice place to stay. If you want a clean, comfortable place to stay when in the Central Coast, this is a good choice. Couldn't believe how quiet the property was despite the fact that it was booked out solid and filled with people. Obviously. Hilton has it within there design to keep it a quiet, peaceful place for people to stay. We were impressed by that and had a good night's sleep. The rooms are spacious and they were immaculately clean. We also felt the continental breakfast was decent. Good value.

The breakfast was great, fresh hot waffles, eggs, potatoes, sausage and overnight oats with topping bar, breakfast burrito station, cereal choices, toast with fresh jams, begal and cream cheese, muffins, hot coffee or coco and juices. There were so many options!! The pool area was amazing and hot tub clean and relaxing. Fresh towels were provided and restocked frequently. There were games for the whole family to barrow and a nice assortment of snacks to purchase in the lobby. Parking was super close and convenient. Even though it is near traffic the rooms are pretty sound proof as well as comfortable. Everything is thought of and provided in the kitchen and bathroom. Even the pull out bed for the couch was a gel mattress, so comfy. Thank you for a wonderful vacation, we will be back and 10/10 recommend.

Very nice stay. Very updated room, my family has stayed before the remodel and the difference is nice. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Only complaint would be the noisy air conditioner

The best ever

They have large pool and hot tub. Nice breakfast spread. Front desk staff very friendly. Tile floors in room were not mopped our whole stay 7 nights. We even requested. There was fine layer of dirt. Balcony and sliding door very dirty. Coffee supplies not refreshed daily.$10/day parking. Shampoo and body wash provided.
