The property was clean. My room was larger than I expected and it was also clean. The staff at the front desk meet my very need. Breakfast was good and they kept everything full. I did not have the opportunity to swim or use the hot tub, but I will next time I’m in town.

We checked in around 10:30 PM, and the room smelled strongly like burnt steak. We didn't think much of it at first, but when we got ready for bed, we noticed what looked like burn marks on top of the microwave and on the cabinet. When we opened the cabinet, the smell was extremely strong. I'm not sure what happened in that room before we arrived maybe something burned or the microwave had an issue but whatever happened, the room should have been checked before being given to a guest. If there was actually a fire or something similar, we definitely should not have been staying in that room.

The room was very clean, well maintained. The family had a good sleep. The water pressure in the showers were good. Close to the freeway and fast-food places.

This was the first time I experienced this booking on Expedia. We arrived only to find out that the hotel was overbooked, and we had NO ROOM. The lady at the desk was very rude, and kept telling me it was my fault that I did not leave a phone number so they could notify me. I have never had this happen before. I really hope this is not a common practice, and I would not book this hotel again!!
