Hotel Avanti

My only issue was I wished my room would of been spotless. Some of the sheets had stains and I wasn't sure it was swept. Great location staff was friendly.

I did like the separate room for the 3rd person that was with us.

The floor of the room was dusty and there was a stain on the mattress cover. Everything else was fine.

This was my 4th time staying here and have never had any issues. This was the first time I’ve noticed the floor was not mopped in the bathroom and bedroom. There were visible dirt stains all over. I love staying here but I just wished they could at least do a quick pass over with a mop.

Very nice and well equipped hotel. Wish it had a little fire pit or some place to sit out and enjoy the beautiful weather. Staff was super nice and the grounds were very very clean. Great lighting in the room too!!!

The room was very modern and cute but not the cleanest and the property was a little bit of an unsafe location.

Fireworks were being lit. Felt like a war zone!

Property was excellent it just had a low water pressure shower 🚿

The room was not clean. Well the coffee pot was dirty. The water pressure to the shower was super low.

Wonderful room. Updated and very clean.

Then I asked her if she was gonna delete it she said No . I’m a little worried about my information now. The rooms were beautiful like they just remodeled them, but then I woke up to the water being drained from upstairs in the walls early in the morning from upstairs customers taking showers. For 30 minutes and beyond. I had my experience. I’ll never have it again.

Great stay. Room was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Phenomenal deal for the price.

The owners are friendly and helpful, the rooms have been updated which made it a pleasant experience. Clean room. The location itself is not the best, and there's some work on the premises itself makes the impression less than desirable. Good for a quick stay for our niece's graduation nearby.

Helpful staff. We only had an issue with wifi but it was resolved once we notified the staff.
