Hotel Avanti

The original room we had didn't have a working TV. Then we were able to change rooms and everything was good..

I stayed for one night and really enjoyed the lighting and other gadgets in the room. The fixtures had a very stylish European feel. However, I felt that the quality of the bed sheets didn’t quite match the high standard of the fixtures. Next time I stay there, I hope to experience newer, fresh bedding.

The staff was great! Checkin was fast and easy. There was plenty of parking. The room we had was a double queen designer room and it was a very small room. Not a lot of walking space between beds/furniture/walls. There was no phone or microwave in the room and several of the light fixtures had loose wires so the lights would not always work. The internet connection was really slow and was hard to watch TV without interruption. The room was not very clean. There were many stains and cigarette burn marks on the comforters and the chairs and counters were dirty.

Modern rooms, very clean and has nice features , the only thing is the walls aren’t soundproof,, can heard everything from outside, the cars, is someone walk , if a door open, everything..

Beds were comfy. Best not my home bed in a while. Shower had good water pressure. Most hotels have crap pressure and always feel soapy after. Overall enjoyed my stay which was multiple nights.

A fairly recent update to finishes inside and out looked good in the website and online pictures, and also on arrival. , But, many items in my room didn’t work 4 out of the 6 lights in the room were broken, some had broken connections with cords hanging out. Shampoo and conditioner and soap dispensers also broken, coffee maker and outlet broken, no instructions for TV, only 2 hangers. Already in a state of disrepair, despite the recent remodel.

Staff was great. Room was stylish but not very clean unfortunately. Our stay was okay for 2 nights.

The staff was really friendly. Everything is remodeled and it looks really nice inside. My only complaint is that we turned on the AC and it was on but did not cool our room at all. We were hot all night and we kept trying to adjust the temperature and the room stayed hot. Other than that everything else was good.

I stayed here on 7/31/26 the pictures looked nice but it was not like that in person the bottom beding was full of stains and alot of hair as if it hadn't been cleaned or changed in some time nasty. The ac didn't work and was dripping water into the room the floors were filthy the bathroom was disgusting especially the shower. After seeing this I asked for a new room and I was given a new room, but when I went to open the door there were already other people. And their stuff in there so I went and told people at the front desk, and they gave me yet another room that was dirty.The ac didn't work i then asked for my next night to be canceled. And they were accommodating to that somewhat, but it was an awful experience. Then, the cherry on top. I woke up the next day with pink eye. So I can't say I recommend this hotel!!!!!

Bathroom not cleaned. Noisy from loud cars until late. Pillows were flat and old. Good effort to make it a nice hotel but falls short in daily operations. Looked good in pictures and staff was nice.

Everything was broken, sheets had stains, no natural lighting.

Room could have been cleaner, the dresser had crumbs, the floor wasn’t clean, the bedding had stains. The sink faucet wasn’t clean either

We really liked our stay at Avanti Hotel. We were checked in by a lovely young lady I believe named Sharya who was very accommodating. The room was clean, quiet and safe. The bed was very comfortable. We will be back!

We were pleasantly surprised! My daughters lived the stay and were very comfortable!
