The Eden

Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was across the street from the beach. There were many restaurants within walking distance. Security. There’s a rooftop bar that is open to the public. Access to it is either by way of the hotel elevator or stairs meaning anyone could have access to all hotel floors.

The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly It’s not as it’s pictured if I’m honest. Well our room wasn’t. It’s not bad at all not as luxurious as it’s made out to be.

The location was perfect, staff were welcoming, the courtyard was nice and the beds were very comfy. The pool could have been bigger and more sunbeds. The air-conditioning kept playing up in our room and was sometimes quite noisy. The shower was also quite weird to work...

The Eden is in a fantastic location and has been thoughtfully updated. The staff really go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay.

Loved the ocean views, roof top pool, roof top bar, & the customer service was phenomenal. Would recommend to anyone looking to travel to Santa Monica and be within walking distance to the pier, beach, & our favourite restaurant Elephante! There was no room service and the breakfast acfe in the hotel seemed a bit overpriced. Overnight oats & a omelette for almost $60CAD. To be expected from Santa Monica but seemed a bit steep. Also wished there was room service to make things a bit more convenient.

Very friendly staff, helpful and always a “hello” when leaving or entering the lobby. Great location and not too loud or busy. Spacious rooms and a stunning rooftop patio and bar.

It was a nice place to stay, clean and well preserved. They allowed you to check in earlier if the room was ready. If not, you could leave your luggage and get a temporary access card to all amenities. When the room was ready, luggage was already there. There were no glasses in the room, or kettle to make tea/coffee. The coffee place in the hotel opens at 7 am. The drinking water was only in the lobby, we didn’t notice it at the beginning. On our floor, we didn’t have anything to refill bottles, and no water was in the room. The mini fridge was not filled either. That was inconvenient, especially for the first night.
