Location was great and close to everything, and staff was nice The hotel was old, it felt old and smelled old, found a small cockroach in the pillow, the elevator was out of service during our check out

Everything went well. Check in was wonderful. So helpful and efficient. Parking was convenient and friendly valet personnel. Great location. Dated but clean and good location.

It’s a disgrace that this hotel receives such a high rating simply because of its location, because everything else is shameful. The hallways and the room smelled terrible. I had to sleep with the window open because the air conditioning smelled bad as well. The shower had barely any water pressure, and there was practically no space around the sink. Simply unacceptable. This was the most expensive hotel of our entire long Route 66 trip, and by far the worst one we stayed at.

Valet parking is better. Public parking is walkable but overnight parking costs the same as valet.

This was one of ten places we stayed at during our RT66 adventure. The staff & location were the big positives. You could step out the door & immediately start entering shops, restaurants, The Pier... Great location. The valet parking was also appreciated.
