The Pierside Santa Monica

The property is in a great location, very clean hotel and rooms. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful room and amazing staff.

one drawback is the parking. i understand it’s LA but you have to park your car overnight and it says $68 on the banner when you pull up. luckily we only had to stay one night but when we checked out they told us we had to pay $105! we were confused and they said it was for parking. it felt deceiving and we shared that with the manager who checked us out but he kept being a smart ass about how there’s “taxes everywhere in LA” but whatever we still payed it but i feel they should be more upfront about the cost. so many resort fees that just add up. other than that it’s pretty and clean and if u don’t care about expenses for parking then it’s perfect.

Close to the sea. Friendly staff. Services are great. They offer everything you need for the beach: towels, chairs, bodyboards, frisbees, balls… Valet is a little bit too expensive, but there a public parking in front of the hotel.

The room was very clean and the location was amazing. However, we kept having an issue with them taking all of our towels but not replacing them.

I liked the location, next to the pier. And having a valet. That’s all :) The room wasn’t properly cleaned. Worn out and shredded bed sheets. Pieces of hair at bathroom door hinges. It was already 4pm and our room wasn’t cleaned and we were gone the whole day. For the price you pay you would expect at least the basics. I will not return here :)

Service was excellent! It’s located close to almost anything you can imagine, Santa Monica beach and pier and all kinds of restaurants too, Hotel provides beach towels, chairs and umbrellas which is very useful when spending a day at the beach!! Staff is very very nice as well, will definitely come back thank you : )

Pleasant

Amazing location right next to the pier and beach. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. Pool is lovely. Restaurant is delicious. Despite being right in the middle of busy streets and Highway 1 is is surprisingly quiet.

Perfect location. Relaxed, beachy vibe with great amenities. Very noisy AC unit, and could also hear the noise from road as my room faced the highway. The younger staff were ok - not very friendly or welcoming.

This place was so clean and the staff was incredible, so helpful and kind. The pool is nice and secluded from the busy area and like that you can order food/drinks to your seat. The room was comfortable and perfect for two people on a long weekend
