Great location in Santa Monica and nice large room . Like the decor of this hotel and the attached bar/ restaurant . The staff were all really helpful and friendly . They recommended a room on 4th floor which was higher than the traffic on the road - so less noise - this worked well for us . We booked about 9 months in advance yet a month before they notified us the pool would be closed.this was disappointing as it would have been a sunny area - and whilst we were offered day passes at the shore hotel their pool area is quite shady , albeit it’s a nice pool and hot tub

Tienen toallas, sillas, sombrías y hasta tablas para surf para la playa todo como complemento. Es maravilloso y lo mejor que solo cruzas la calle y estás en el pier magnífico

The property was comfortable, clean and nicely located. Staff was friendly, but mandatory valet was time consuming and a bit chaotic. We had an ocean view, but had to stand in a specific corner in order to catch a glimpse. Our main view was of the freeway and park. Hotel has beach chairs, boogie boards, and surf boards guests can use. The beach is a bit of a walk and the notion of carrying anything so big or heavy was prohibitive. Bedding was comfortable and we slept well. Easy access to pier, shopping and restaurants.

This was my favorite hotel I’ve stayed at in Santa Monica. Fantastic location! Beautiful inside and the rooms are perfect!

Convenient location...close to pier and other attractions. Facility was difficult to maneuver when driving. Parking was much too expensive.

Beds was nice size and comfortable. Location was not good for us. Room size was too small. Housekeeping was always missing something. No water bottles in the room

The location was absolutely perfect a stone throw from the Santa Monica Pier. The room which was a King room was very very clean and brought in. The bed was also very very comfortable. Also has a great bar and restaurant downstairs in the serve is there also very lovely and quick service. We also borrowed two beach chairs and beach towels free of charge which were really great to see on the beach in for a couple of hours. Unfortunately, the pool was out of order for sometime I think until October.

Great bar and bartender Brian. Knows his cocktails. Gorgeous room.

we turned the ac off in the night, but the fan was still really loud.
