Neighbors were creating problems. Broken...

location parking was not available; price was high for quality of facility; AC unit was in the bathroom and loud; one bed was switched for a twin; strong chlorine smell

Location

The location was ok. Close to the ocean, easy to go to The pier. Bath drain was terrible, tiles fullings were black, rooms had weird smell, ac didn’t work, parking was difficult and some places had steep incline.

Close to the beach, mini fridge. Sheets felt gross, little to no room lighting, bad water pressure.

there was nothing WRONG with the place (it was clean & the people were nice), but for the money it should be more comfortable. plus, $33 to park your car, on top of an overpriced room?! no, i'd rather spend my money elsewhere.

Beautiful view and perfect location for the beach and entrainment

Area The morning I checked out i had a conversation with the front desk he wasn't friendly at all. The moment I approached him all he asked me did you eat anything! I told him I order food! and he kept repeating the same thing did you eat anything in the room. After all this time he meant to ask me if I take anything out from the tray. So unprofessional

The most cutest little and I don't mean size, but just I like the cuteness of it, it's super super convenient minutes. Basically, seconds from the beach rooms are adorable. Let's be real You're never gonna really stay in the room. Even though it's cute, you're gonna be outside. Where all theaurants are located seconds from the pier, wonderful views walking down to it, convenient parking. If you ask them\n Wonderfully quiet. And you're in the middle of Santa Monica city, and it was super quiet, very clean facility.\n Very well monitored and secured. I felt very comfortable and my cousins from Arizona did too with her husband they had an amazing time and I definitely will stay there again by myself. I live in Los Angeles and this would be a great location to escape. Read a book Write a novel seconds from the beach seconds fromaurants it's a cute place and it's got an amazing theme of Route 66 and surf. Definitely gonna go there again.

Beautiful view of the Santa Monica Pier. Parking is very limited, and costs $40 a night to park there, we used Spothero to find a parking spot nearby for much less. Staff were kind. The room was clean, however hot. There seemed to be no air conditioning, only fans provided. We had the family suite, and the bed behind the curtains has very little room to move around and no outlets. We had to play around with the fans and furniture to get some kind of ventilation for a comfortable sleep. The bathtub looked like it had soap scum, didn't look well cared for. Only stairs to get up to our unit.

Well located near the pier in Santa Monica. Friendly laborious staff. Rooms are old but well maintained and clean. Highly recommended.

Location was fabulous We were on the second floor with no lift. Air conditioning unit took up a lot of floor space in the room. Bathtub but no plug
