Convenient location, clean and spacious room, and good customer service I thought the pillows were lumpy. They were uncomfortable.

The location was lovely , across the road from the Santa Monica pier, MacDonald was a 2 min walk, restaurants along the strip were plentiful and good variety, the hotel room had a balcony which was great to sit out and watch the world pass by if you wanted to drink in your room. Bed was so comfortable and the balcony was great

The pool & the vibe Was an odd noise in our room

Great location to Santa Monica Pier, shopping and restaurants, modern decor both inside and out with pool and hot tub. The elevators were a little confusing as they didn’t have floors listed on the outside but on the side of elevator entrance.

Location Rooms directly below us were under construction. Noise made our room inhabitable! They moved us to a new room the next day with no compensation. Booking.com agent was also no help. Got hung up after long delay.

We loved our stay at the Shore Hotel! Very nice and helpful staff, great location very close to the beach and pier. Everything was great.

Clean easy to get around Everything was amazing, mainly staff behind bar didn’t acknowledge us and when they did we wait 15 min to still not even get a server nor menu also staff didn’t greet what so ever.

I didn’t like the fact that for my stay first of all the TV didn’t work I thought for what they charge everything would work..it was frustrating couldn’t even use the pool or the jacuzzi because it was very small and so over crowded the staff wasn’t helpful at all …I felt their breakfast was overpriced..the front reception had an older man working I felt that he was very rude..overall I didn’t have a good experience..I left very disappointed..I feel this Hotel is very expensive and they should train their staff to be more helpful and nice

It was a great location Looking at website I presumed all units were in the front block - not necessarily ocean view. However, with kids we had to travel by a lift to level 2 then walk across a walkway which crosses to another block behind, then travel down another lift to level 1. The location had a courtyard. Long way from pool and not easily accessible. Felt a little unsafe being a block away from main hotel.

Stayed here for a couple of days, had a great experience! We arrived early and received a complimentary room upgrade which was very kind! We were welcomed with drinks and great service! All of the staff were very polite and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Hallways and decor need to be updated, but GREAT location.
