Great location, big room, great shower. The pool was small but fun. One elevator was out of service so it was a bit slow, but I'm sure it's temporary.

Great location and the room was massive. Staff were very pleasant and happy to assist you. The train was somewhat noisy at 06:30 in the morning - supposed it add character to Santa Barbara.

Excellent location. Michael at the front desk acknowledged our length of stay and arranged a superior room in the category we had reserved. Rain shower water pressure was the best of any hotel we’ve stayed.

My favorite part of the hotel was the outdoor pool and bar area. The drinks were phenomenal, the food was absolutely delicious, and the bartender and servers provided some of the best service I’ve experienced. Room service was also excellent, and my room was spotless throughout my stay. The location is perfect if you want to be close to everything. So many attractions, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance, making it easy to enjoy the area without constantly needing transportation. It was definitely worth the price. The only improvement I would suggest is replacing the hallway carpet. It looks outdated and wasn’t as clean or inviting as the rest of the hotel. Aside from that, I had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again.

The ocean view that I paid for was not an ocean view, more of a pool view. My shower drain did not work so it flooded. The compensation I was offered was a measly dessert but only if I bought an entree AND a drink first. Disappointing

My family of 5 stayed at The Shore Hotel for a week. We range in age from 6 years old to 40 years old, and all of us absolutely loved our stay! We arrived earlier than check In time and were contacted immediately when our room was ready 3 hours earlier than check in. The room was perfect and very soundproof, with the exception of the hallways. The pool is on the smaller side but very warm, and kid friendly. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance which made our stay that much better. The staff was extremely helpful and go above and beyond to be helpful. The only 2 things that made our stay a little difficult are that there is no laundry area and the gym is not located in the hotel.

Outstanding location with a friendly staff and convenient on-site restaurant. Room service was quicker than anywhere I've stayed in my entire life. The only downside is the pool is small for how many people are at the pool on a warm day.

The staff is really nice and helpful. The room is okay, no microwave or fridge. Asked for a fridge and it did not work. The TV has limited channels, with children you might want to bring a firestick. Was not aware that my room had Valet parking attached to it @$65.00 a day! (130.00 for 2 days) my car never left the garage until check out!!While another family member staying in a different room had coastal parking @$40 a day! So buyer beware look and see what parking is pre assigned to the room! I had no idea that was there and they wont refund me!
