One thing I wish was in the room: snacks! Either complimentary or for purchase! My stay was fantastic from the moment I stepped foot on the property, only good things to say about this hotel. Shoutout to Christian who greeted us and checked in with how our stay is. The spa was also AMAZING! Very clean, modern and has every amenity you need. Will be back!

Extremely close to the pier and many options for food. The beach butler was extremely nice touch. Pool was not deep so allowed for short kids to reach the bottom.

Amazing hotel with incredible staff, perfect location and excellent food. It’s going to be our spot moving foward when we visit LA.

We loved staying at Regent Hotel. Since we checked in, we had many pleasant surprises: 1. The personnel are super friendly and make very good recommendations about activities, food, local things to see, ... 2. The rooms are incredible: very large, modernly furnished, and with two separate Queen beds. 3. The Orla restaurant is a culinary delight with high-quality fish and Mediterranean-inspired dishes. 4. The concierge is extremely helpful and can make arrangements very fast (e.g.: car rental with pick up directly from the hotel). 5. The hotel is located only a few minutes away (walking) from the Santa Monica Pier. 6. From the hotel, you can easily walk to the Santa Monica Promenade located on 3rd Street. 7. Breakfast is simply amazing. They combine à la carte menu items with freshly made pastry delights. Moreover, the waiters are very nice (especially Jose). I honestly feel this was a very good deal for the high-quality facilities it offers. The concierge usually make the arrangements through third-parties. In our case, we rented a car and explicitly mentioned we need it for only one day without overnight Valet Parking. We were told this is extremely easy: just return the car before 7 PM and the valet will make sure it is picked up by the external. Unfortunately, this didn't happen because the valet never actually called the external vendor so we ended up paying for overnight parking. Recommendation: always ping the external party in such situations rather than relying on the valet.

The property itself is nice. Although it advertises heavy the beach views it’s not on the beach. The staff is overbearing. The homeless population in that area really ruins a great opportunity of a hotel stay. Great restaurants but the surrounding area with the smell of urine and defecation on the beaches make advertising the beach false…bc you will not go to that beach with what’s on the beach. The pool area was nice. My issue was more with the surrounding area’s population.

Very large and comfortable room, exceptionally clean. Service in the hotel is impeccable. Anything we asked for was done, quickly and properly. Views are great. The pool is small and not shaded at all, which makes it quite hot to sit outside. Santa Monica beach is not the cleanest in California, though that is not the fault of the hotel.

The best hotel in LA now, well appointed luxurious all-suite hotels with truly 5-star finishes including a spacious walk in rain shower, dressing room, vanity and bidet in the bathroom suite. Loved the Guerlain spa. But the best part of the stay was the truly 5 star service from everyone. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
