Great location right on the beach and close to the pier Good gym Good but pricey breakfast Small rooms Expensive parking

The breakfast was great! In room hot tub was awesome. Staff was extremely friendly. $90 per night Valet was pretty expensive for a a guest that's already spending a lot of money to stay there. Be prepared that it is a very noisy hotel it's not quiet anywhere in or out of your room. Enjoy the beach!!

The hotel is located on an unique location in Santa Monica. It is right on the beach front and the hotel is also very orientated towards the beach. Having a drink outside on the first floor when the sun goes down is magic. Nothing really.

Everything about it was fabulous - a room with a balcony overlooking the beach -we never wanted to leave there.....but we also spent a lot of time on the terrace, in the outdoor restaurant and on chairs on the beach...couldnt have been better.. except the cost of the room was exorbitant....

Uniquely styled hotel. The staff friendliness and capability to answer any question was outstanding. Not a direct control by the hotel, but the beachfront is deterioriting somewhat

The location was perfection. The food was delicious. The staff was wonderful. I genuinely loved my lobster roll lunch in the outdoor restaurant. I keep thinking about it. We did a weekend getaway and spent one day in Abbot Kinney and one day in Malibu. It was perfect. Here's the thing, it's stunning, but for the price, the room was definitely smaller than expected. Gorgeous but tight.

Excellent experience. Staff is polite, helpful and professional. The lobby lounge has many different places to sit with a nice array of food and drinks to choose from. The property location and beach style is very relaxing.

From arrival to departure, we felt cared for and appreciated. Ours was a one-night stay, so our experience was limited. We’ll definitely return for a longer stay. Next time I’ll splurge for an ocean view, but otherwise I wouldn’t change a thing. Pricey tho.

Everything at this hotel breezily exceeds standards. From the moment you drop off the car at valet and staff opens the doors to the posh lobby, to check-in, to elegantly appointed guest rooms, to all the amenities… everything is superb. But where they stand out most is friendliness, helpfulness, and politeness of staff.
