Hotel is ideally located for Santa Monica beach, Santa Monica Pier and Santa Monica downtown. Room was comfortable and clean. Beach towels are available in the room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Exterior of hotel could do with a bit of an upgrade, but nothing terrible.

The proximity to the beach!! AMAZING. Room was clean and when I asked about a wine glass they provided 1 to me. Wonderful staff. We were across the street from the beach. Bed was comfortable and they offer parking, for a fee but glad to pat after dr8ving all day.

A great location for us to park the car and not use again until we checked-out. Our room was available for us before the expected check-in time, which was unexpected and greatly appreciated. Our room was a good size and a clean bright bathroom. We used the a/c to cool the room during the day and the ceiling fan at night as it would be too noisy for us to sleep. The use of beach towels and beach chairs is a good added touch for guests. Not something to moan about, just an awareness, the bed is positioned close to the a/c unit making quite tight to walk around.

Our room & view was incredible! walking distance from the Beach, the pier, & several cafe’s & restaurants. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will be staying here again!

Location I was disappointed they didn't give me a room with an ocean view. They told us the room was not cleaned. The next day, we asked, and the staff said it would cost an extra $100 a night.

Great location. King garden room, comfortable bed, clean and quiet. Definitely would stay again.
