The staff and management were friendly and accommodating. The lobby and restaurant are superb and pool area and oasis.

Staff are polite , respectfully Specially o want to acknowledge Brain one of the hosts. I needed stroller for my baby fur . He make it possible he found want for us .Brain is wonderful .

Very nice place. The bed is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in! The high quality bed linens are changed daily, which is great . The place is immaculate ,the maids do a wonderful job. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly . Swimming in the ocean daily was wonderful. The provided umbrellas and chairs on the beach were great. We also enjoyed the free bikes to ride up and down the boardwalk. Great location for Hollywood or Beverly Hills visits. On the downside, the food in the Traza restaurant is mediocre and there are lots of homeless people around the area. The place is pricey, be prepared for the extra $160.00 additional fees daily for taxes, resort fees, and valet parking.

Hotel hospitality All staff is nice. Specially at the restaurant staff is polite and happy .

Our second here this year. Staff are unusually attentive, the room and amenities were top notch and the restaurant was excellent. The swing and the pool deck cannot be neat, absolutely no complaints.

This place is magical. Facilities are perfect, service is perfect, quality of food is perfect. A++

The lobby bar is the best, you feel like you left the US and are on an island! Of course the beach at sunset is a must from the lounge, also music nightly. My room was ready when I arrived and everything was sparkling!

Beautiful building, great staff, comfortable clean room. Will stay again. Having spent several days there I’d like to see some changes to the breakfast menu which unfortunately was the same menu items daily.

Fantastic place, excellent staff and facilities. The food was really good too. Nothing a problem - and the availability of a 'change room' to shower etc, after checking out, before my flight was so nice :) A little noisy as far as street noise goes, but I'm being highly critical. Otherwise absolutley nothing!!

If you have plans to stay in Santa Monica this is the best choice

All of the staff were extremely professional and capable and beyond that exceptionally friendly which made for a great stay and my whole family wanting to return to this first class hotel.

Great location

This period property was a lovely hotel to stay at for our last night in the USA. Situated right on Santa Monica Beach front with fantastic views out to sea and to the famous Santa Monica Pier. The room (630) was great with every amenity you could want. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the decor was beautiful. The staff were very helpful and genuinely polite.
