The rooms are very well designed and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is perfect for a relaxing vacation. They have poorly insulated connective doors and you can hear everything from the other room. I recommend asking for a room without a connective door.

Great location close to everything but not too crazy touristy. Great restaurants nearby, including yummy ramen and Mexican food. Loved the room decor. Very relaxing. Also great cocktails by the pool. Would definitely come back!

Look and style of the place. Pet-friendly (although the fee of $175 per stay is too high). Great location. Free water bottles every day. Our room on the 2nd floor overlooking the roof of the entrance was a deception. The pool area could be cleaned up a bit more often during the day. The parking fee of $76/day is too high.

Honestly a great stay. Rooms are clean and stylish. Lobby great to relax in, fires outside are cozy. Not much of a pool but the world's biggest pool is a few steps away. Loved the stay.

Everything was perfect except the check in stuff. We felt like we had arrived at a hotel run by robots rather than people. The staff outside were very friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately, the front desk staff were a completely different story. Most of them were not friendly or helpful at all. The only exception was the staff member who assisted us during checkout. He was very kind and professional, and he definitely deserves a perfect score from us. Unfortunately we don't know the names of the once that act like robots.
