The only knocks on our stay was the long elevator delays due to two elevators being down + they didn’t have enough bikes for us to use … which was odd for a weekday in the non-peak season. Not sure why they promote free courtesy bikes if they don’t have more than 6 total for 200+ rooms. I’d probably stay here again. The bikes being more readily available would’ve made that a definitely.

Luxurious and the staff were excellent. The price was a little high and the valet parking was very expensive especially as there is no other parking option available.

I liked the overall vibe and location, and the spa felt very private, just like home. However, I didn't like the view. Instead of a city view, my window overlooked trash and garbage bins. I wish I had known it was possible to get that specific view because I wouldn't have booked it - even with a steep discount.
