Loved the free use of beach cruisers!

Have stayed here many times over the past several months. Very disappointing service this past trip. Very inattentive front desk service and indifferent when confronted with maintenance issues in room including disgusting clogged sink etc. Every interaction felt like an imposition on front desk staff.

Nice Hotel great location

I found it very annoying that a hotel was such a week list of amenities, could even so much is muster to say that you can’t go to a restaurant unless you were dressed in business, casual clothes, forgot about the fact that wasn’t even true, in the end. The valet was very good, they constantly told me to call down, but I kept telling them every time I called down prior I was hung up on. The beach is a 15 minute walk down a cliff, so maybe some pictures explaining that

The location, rooms, and food were a 10/10, but the staff went above and beyond. Every single person that we interacted with were so kind and accommodating to my husband, our two littles, and I. What a great experience! Highly recommend.

It was a splurge and I enjoyed my stay. I went to the restaurant to have delicious tres leches French toast and soak in the view. The parking is crazy expensive so a booked a spot with in and out privileges on spot hero. It was an 8 minute walk and the weather was nice anyway.

Hotel was decent definitely not 4 star hotel. Parking is ridiculous 73 dollars. Getting the car was as worse as can get. Took forever to get my car and it was a Monday!

The only downside was the vallet parking, which was quite expensive. There was also an amenities/resort fee that we had to pay even though we only stayed one night and didn’t have a chance to use any of the amenities. I understand that many hotels charge these fees now, but I wish they were optional for guests who don’t use them. We also received a $45 credit, but it wasn’t clearly explained that the café wasn’t included. When I brought it up to the staff, they were very understanding and refunded the charge, which I really appreciated. Their customer service made the situation right. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again because of the clean, beautiful rooms, great location, and responsive staff.

Honestly was pretty disappointed in the overall experience. It was just minor stuff, but from a hotel of this price-point and quality, it was shotty. The remote was out of batteries, the A/C would not cool lower than 75 (set on 68), the sundry shop closed at 9pm, rooms service closed at 9pm with no other options....was just one thing after another. Unfortunately, would not go back.
