Room was ready before check-in time, staff very friendly and professional, excellent location with great walkability, clean & updated rooms, wonderful restaurant with a beautiful view of Santa Monica and surrounding areas, overall excellent experience and very impressed. View from our room pictured. Pillows were flat (but understand everyone is different)

Lovely room & views!The team was great. The fee for the Birthday accommodation was well worth it. Dinner at the restaurant was nice & the bar is a blast at night! Another plus was the ability to walk to the Pier.

Perfect location and high value stay in Santa Monica! Just around the corner of 3rd street promenade, and Santa Monica Pier. Rooms very clean and equipped with everything. Will stay again! A complimentary coffee machine in the lobby would have been nice...

Great location, excellent service and very easy to park using the valet service Coffee shop wasn’t usually open in the mornings as stated, however there was a great coffee shop over the road in the fairmont.

So many extra payments for nothing and taxes and tips also parking is very expensive and the staff was not very nice and helpful
