Best Western Santa Rosa Inn

Friendly staff. Pool needed cleaning, but a storm was passing through on our stay.

I was really not sure how Expedia had this hotel rated 9.2 stars. It's very old and needs a lot of updating or a complete renovation.

Pool did not appear well maintained.

I choose this place as a great quick in and out spot to stop and sleep on my drive out west either to or from Arkansas. Very clean and convenient. If you’re looking for a spot, this won’t be a disappointment.

The rooms were huge plenty of room for a family of 4. The rooms were clean and the shower pressure was really good in our room. Super satisfied!

The room was dirty and property not maintained at all. I would not recommend staying at that property.

The room was comfortable and seemed to have lots of room. Convenient parking in front of room.

Perfect place to stop for an overnight stay while on RT 66

Parking was safe for our moving truck while still close to the I-40 The hotel had an obvious attempt at clean up/repairs ... new paint job in the room, but already moldy by the tub and shower curtain, the tub took for ever to drain after each shower and, it remains a fact ... fully carpeted rooms are NEVER THAT clean. Overall just like many other Best Western hotels you get very very basics and the overall feel is that the management ( incidentally almost always not American but foreigner) is out to give you the least as possible. We were exhausted by our driving, slept a bit longer than usual, so at 9 am the free included breakfast was gone. Way over priced, charges like an hotel while it is a very mediocre motel. The staff wasn't friendly and could have cared less to be at their job.

Friendly and helpful staff.

The rooms were very clean and the AC unit was amazing and they have beautiful pictures ion the rooms and office. Breakfast was good too. The only bad part was that our tub and the sick were kinda plugged up. which was not too much of a hassle but after maybe being there longer it probable would have became a problem. Overall everything was very excellent and we will definitely stay again and i well recommend this motel/hotel to my family and frends.

Room was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly. It's not the Ritz Carlton, but it served it's purpose of a nights stay on a road trip.

Older hotel rooms they have newer beds and tvs but rugs still look outdated. Over all good and breakfast was decent for a complimentary breakfast

Amazing hotel! My family roadtrips across the country ever summer - this is where we will stay from now on. Everything was fantastic - staff was truly exceptional :)
