Best Western Santa Rosa Inn

Very nice older hotel. Room was clean and very comfortable. Really convenient having extra sink and counter space in the bath area. Breakfast was good.

It was precisely what we needed. Parking by the door ground floor. Room was clean, and well laid out and bed was comfy. Didn’t take advantage of the breakfast since we had a destination in mind, but coffee, ice… everything easily accessible. Staff were pleasant. Will definitely stay again on our way back through!

We had a very clean room with a comfortable bed and we like that it had two sinks…one where the toilet and shower area is and another outside the door with a large countertop that my wife used to get ready. The air conditioning worked well and was not real loud compared to other hotels we have stayed. We did not have time for the full breakfast but grabbed a couple of muffins, so we can’t really comment about more than that. We will be traveling interstate 40 a few times a year so we will definitely stay here again.

Basic one night stay. The staff was friendly and offered us water when we checked in which was nice. The beds were okay but not bad. The cleanliness due to the age and traffic the hotel gets, hard to determine if it’s actually clean. It got the job done as we headed back out on the road. We brought our 2 dogs and the check in had no issue. Paid the pet fee seamlessly. Breakfast was from 6 am to 9 am. Convenient location!

I liked that my pet could stay with me. There are plenty of places for her to use the potty around the hotel. The television would lose programming and we couldn’t watch tv.

Pool was too dirty to swim in. Breakfast was ok, not great.

We stayed in Santa Rosa on our hunting trip to AZ since it is the safest area on that stretch and AI recommended this hotel for good reason. Super clean, helpful staff, great AC and plenty of parking. The bed was super comfy and the room at everything needed. They even had coffee early before breakfast was served for our early departure. Highly recommend and we will continue to stay here going forward.

I was really not sure how Expedia had this hotel rated 9.2 stars. It's very old and needs a lot of updating or a complete renovation.

Pool did not appear well maintained.

The breakfast was amazing. The sausage and eggs were delicious. Pool was outside and a little dirty. The door to get ice was a little sticky.

I choose this place as a great quick in and out spot to stop and sleep on my drive out west either to or from Arkansas. Very clean and convenient. If you’re looking for a spot, this won’t be a disappointment.

The rooms were huge plenty of room for a family of 4. The rooms were clean and the shower pressure was really good in our room. Super satisfied!

The room was dirty and property not maintained at all. I would not recommend staying at that property.
