Room was ok. Carpet needed a good cleaning. A loud noise sounded intermittently throughout the night possibly from the air conditioning. At 1 AM the radio alarm went off at full volume waking us up. Not a restful nights sleep.

Our room was so dirty. I mean dirt that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in years caked everywhere. I honestly don’t know how this place has the ratings it does. We got in late, so I didn’t take any pictures. However, the floors, light switches, door handle, moulding around the room looked like it had never ever been cleaned. We stayed in a pet friendly room, which shouldn’t mean the room should lack a proper cleaning. I didn’t even want my dog laying on the floor (luckily we brought his bed). I took some soap and water and cleaned some of the areas because it was ridiculous how dirty it was. Never have I stayed anywhere that clearly doesn’t properly clean the rooms. Would not recommend.

We routinely stay at this motel on our way through to Texas from Arizona. The rooms are very nice, with easy access. The staff is normally very kind and helpful, but our most recent stay was a bit different, in that the gentleman running the front desk seemed very short and irritable. Not a deal breaker, but could impact our decision making for the future if we experience a similar encounter again.

Don’t usually stay in Motels but I knew if it was Best Western we were safe. Room was perfect, nothing fancy but just right.

The rooms are old but the beds are clean. The bath/shower could use some cleaning and repair. I didn't understand why the is a police light bar on the wall in the room and in the bathroom. Other reviews and the price led me to believe I'd enjoy the quality of a Hampton Inn. It wasn't even close. At least the breakfast was hot and fresh. Bottom line, it's just a Best Western.
