The stay is always great , the only thing that sucks is we don’t get our honor points .

Easy on an off I 40. Under renovation so it may be nicer when it was done. Opened Breakfast late so it slowed our leave time. Room was large.

Everything was great

It is a nice place to stay , clean and good service from the front desk to house keeping.

The hotel was dirty the elevators had finger prints the doors and the room door as well. My room was dirty there was someone long black hair all over. The glass was dirty in the room and at breakfast the fruit was molded. That was the last straw for me the bad food. I’m not staying here again

Everything was as expected, however the pillowcase had a bit of blood on it, and there was hair on the sheets. Obviously had not been changed. We got moved to another room, but I saw a bit of blood on that pillowcase also. We decided it was super late and didn’t complain on second room, just removed pillow. However, the breakfast was wonderful! No refunds offered.

We had a great overnight stay. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly and helpful.

Such a great place to go with the kids there's lakes all around the pool was amazing nice and warm the people at the hotel we're also amazing the breakfast was so good literally a weekend my family will never forget thank you guys for everything

Front desk clerk was wonderful, going the extra mile for us and making sure we were happy! Breakfast was a delight! Eggs potatoes, toast or bagels! Can't say enough about their fresh ground coffee maker in the lobby! Fresh and tasty.

The room was clean & quiet. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices.

I went down for coffee at 430 am the front doors were wide open and no one was at the front desk - not very safe

Very disappointed after paying $180/night because it was a “holiday inn express” hot tub was filthy with nasty black around the top rim from not being cleaned ladies restroom had been “out of order “ for a week told to me by someone who had stayed for the week. Will definitely keep on looking next time at that price

Clean room, hot tub and pool were nice and maintained. Breakfast was tasty and fresh! Plenty of parking

We stayed one night while traveling through. The gentleman at the desk was such a pleasure! So polite and helpful! Our room was very comfortable and clean. We had a great night's sleep and the mattress was also comfortable. (If you are a light sleeper you do hear the highway) The breakfast was delicious and I really enjoyed the egg white omelets. If we come this way again, we'd definitely stay here!

This hotel was super nasty. The staff was amazing but the room was gross and outdated. The mattress had a blood stain on it and no sheets on the pullout couch. It was not what I expected. There were lamps with no shades and pull strings and really bad water stains on the ceiling round a big box that was apparently for plumbing access to the upstairs. This is a great hotel if you are down for roughing it.

Mattress was in need of replacement

Room was clean and comfortable. Parking was not the best. There were 3 delivery trucks nearly blocking us in on the morning of our departure.
