THANKYOU for a great stay!!!!

Simply asked for a receipt for dog fee and was promised one at checkout-asked again at checkout and never received it.

Room was disgusting, black hair all over the bed, visual dirt on the dresser. Flys and gnats in room, shower wasn’t cleaned there was hair stuck to the shower walls. We did not stay, went directly back to the office to ask for refund, while asking for refund 5 coo cars pull up at once with lights on. Apparently there was a call about a man walking around the motel waving a fire arm. The fluffing desk was no help in issuing a refund. I am dealing with Hotels.com trying to get my refund now. We shall see how that goes. But aside from the refund, do not book here. Terrible.

We had a horrible experience at this hotel

The property is under new ownership and they have renovated the rooms and exterior beautifully while still maintaining the 60s Route 66 ambiance perfectly! It’s a lovely blast from the past! Breakfast was nice also !

The room was clean and so unique with the one wall with pics from Route 66. The room was very cozy and comfortable bed. Easy stop for a one night stay off the interstate.

There were dead bugs in our room in the corner and on the walls. When we were using the microwave, it made a loud bang noise.

First arrival I asked for a bottom floor. They gave me the handicap room right by the office. It was full of flies. I probably killed 20 before I went to bed. The platform the bed sits on is covered in crumbs and other stuff. Looks like they just got done doing construction or something. There’s nowhere to hang your clothes or put them away in a dresser.

We stayed one night here. You can tell they have made upgrades to this property. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was the usual toast, waffle, eggs, and cereal. The staff was helpful and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.

Room had large stains on floor and shower was disgusting.

Room was clean for the most part , but missing enough towels for everyone. Broken body wash/soap dispenser and no soap. Had to make several trips to the front desk after arriving at 1:30am. We were only staying for that night. Breakfast was supposed to be until 9:00 and arrived at 8:30 and all hot food was gone. Asked front desk if any more was going to be brought out and was told no. He offered to try and make some but I had 3 other adults in my group that needed to eat as well. Outside of the room was really dirty. Trash all over and there was mounds of bird poop next door from a nest built in one of the corners. Mentioned it to the front desk and she just said that she had never seen it. Had to track down the house keeper myself to get additional towels. There was a language barrier, but she was very nice and helpful.

We walked into the room and was hit with the smell of just musty, stinky feet. After being in the room awhile, you didnt smell it unless you left the room and came back in. The beds were comfortable and they had nice down comforters. The AC worked great... almost to cold. The breakfast was good. Eggs, potatoes, sausages, cereals, make your own waffles, yogurt. I would stay again

Very nice updated room. Very clean

The room smelled cleaned when we got there however, the was water seeping through a crack in the floor in front of the toilet, and the shower did not look very clean. There were a few flies flying around in the room. There were a few ants roaming around on the floor and ceiling. There was a small gap between the door and the floor. The pool and hot tub were under renovation which was inconvenient as we were looking forward to the the pool, however no notice was given before booking. The continental was breakfast was decent, however would have appreciated some non-dairy options. Customer service was good, friendly and attentive to guest needs.

Breakfast was really good. Actually used real eggs. Room was very comfortable and clean. Great decor. Outside could use some cleaning and the pool wasn't open
-
Room was clean, large, easily accessible for people with mobility issues. Breakfast was good. Great job having large accessible rooms for people with disabilities.

Staff was cold and impersonal when both checking in and checking out. In addition, the town itself was a big disappointment... really nothing to do and only two sit-down restaurants to pick from.
