Hotel Blue 66, BW Signature Collection

Honestly one of the better hotels on our trip. My daughter was sad about the pool being down for remodeling, which we didnt find out till we got there. A little disappointed in that but overall a good stay.

This hotel is under new management with a bright, fun renovation I was please with the value for the exceptional quality and experience.

Overall a good experience. Some stains on the covers and dead flies but didn’t feel too dirty.

While the hotel looks very low key in the outside the room was incredibly comfortable! Loved the way they embraced the Route 66 theme.

Staff was very friendly and rooms were clean. Breakfast was better than what we expected.

The man at the front desk was awsome. The decor was great. Loved the small time feel of a old motel The front doors and glass next to ve cleaned better was very smeared. That is the first thing you see walking in first impressions are key.

Motel like set up with all doors accessed from outside. Front desk clerk a little hard to understand, not very friendly. Pool and hot tub closed for renovations. Shower pan needed to be cleaned and recaulked.

No frills but nice enough

Easy access for location to highway and convenience with the multiple entry to front office. Loved the interior lighting which had motion activated lighting under the first bed so you weren’t blind trying to locate a light switch. Didn’t know they had manual switches for relaxed lighting that also is around the headboards, and the TV relieving eye strain for watching a movie and convenience for those who need a light to sleep with. When selecting the room through booking.com it only had options to claim “pet friendly” when booking the room, or the other option being “smoking”. I chose the pet from [not ideal for those who may need to avoid danders or sensitive to odors, if any]. When I was being checked on, the lady at the counter confirmed if I was or was not traveling with a pet, in which I informed her that I was not, and advised me she would be changing my room choice because I selected the pet friendly room when I didn’t have a pet. Maybe it wasn’t intentional in being conveyed as snarky and passive aggressive, but that is how it came out. After a long strenuous few weeks of traveling cross country, she could have just made the changes in the computer without the commentary and possibly creating a hostile reaction from someone who prefers being confrontational especially if already irritated. The room again looked great and very comfortable when walking in. HOWEVER, that evening when I went to take a shower, it looks like the shower has never been cleaned! I dont know how many of you had lived with someone who will do “snot rockets” in the shower, but I have and it’s so damn gross! Whoever is responsible for cleaning may need to be retrained, reassigned or just hire someone else who will do it right. I skipped using the shower and was now inclined to take a better look and with all the lights on now. What I discovered: unknown gunk and dirt build up around the bathroom walls and what looks like possible left over vomit that may not have been fully cleaned up if someone tried to make it to the toilet in an emergency; found a pretzel around the bed on the floor that had been stepped on and missed all together, which neither me nor my child had ever brought any, plus the toothpick between the front bed and couch. A couple of black hairs that looked like they belonged to someone’s nether-region on the couch. Neither of us sat there, and told my daughter to just avoid it all.

There isn't much in Santa Rosa, but this property was clean and quiet!

Good sized room with two queen beds and a sofa bed. There was a lot of trash including an orange under the sofa bed, easy to see why that would be overlooked in a cleaning. Many flies in the room. Weird under bed lighting that came on with motion that had no obvious way to turn off. I expected a nicer room for the price.

The room was nice, but the lobby was dirty (please wash the windows!). The breakfast was disappointing ...greasy sausage and hard potatoes, bad coffee.

Great room. Great comfort. Good food. The young man offered his services if we had any problems with our room.

I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are clean!
