OK, look, it's not new. Nothing there is pristine, like at the Hilton I stayed at in the week before I stayed at the Ashley. However, my room was clean, the towels were plentiful, the bed was comfortable. There is a welcoming, neighborly feel about the whole property. I would definately book another stay. Indeed, I probably will do so soon.

The property is dated but in good repair. Everything in our rooms was clean and well maintained. The bed was more comfortable that it looked. Only downside for us was that our air conditioner was really noisy (so we turned it off at night and opened a window).

Tiny room. Clean bedding but uncomfortable bed. Not enough pillows and carpet was dirty.

Perfect for a solo guy in his 60s on a motorcycle. Great location and lots to do nearby .

Room was old and could use some updates. Unstaffed property, but responsive when something was needed. Love the concept of small cottage with shared kitchen if needed. Exterior would benefit from a serious powerwash and lawn mowing/landscaping! Walkable to restuarant and convenience store. Overall experience was positive.

Great place to stay if your biking the ADK rail trail. It's a easy ride to it off the trail and close too to the downtown for shops and restaurants.

Staff was very helpful. Appears to be 60's era motel that is holding up well. Great price, right across from lovely Lake Flower. Near shops. Great Bicycling area!
