Property is very clean and on the lake with nice views. Restaurant was attached and helpful. Need better drinking water facility. Reduce use of plastic bottles in yhe store.

Room was nice and was clean. Beds were comfortable. Shower gel needed to be filled. Pool was way to warm and not refreshing. Rarely saw someone at the front desk when we went by , but everywhere we went in the area seemed to be short staffed. Would stay here again if we returned to the area.

The hotel has such a nice view of the lake. The hotel was very clean. The restaurant was a nice added touch too. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool.

We had breakfast each day in the attached restaurant, and one dinner. The food was just okay, and it seemed there were not enough staff. Orders were sometimes incomplete, and over 4 days only one server checked to see if things were right after delivering the food.

From the photos, I thought the hotel was located on Saranac Lake. But otherwise, we were able to get around easily to do the things we wanted. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. We had breakfast each day in the attached restaurant, and one dinner. The food was just okay, and it seemed there were not enough staff.
