Very nice and uncomplicated owner, he let us switch rooms upon arrival. He also has a cute dog named "Raj". We'll definitely stay here again! One staff member made rude and unprofessional comments.

The hotel manager, his name is Sam, was very helpful in correcting a mistake made when I booked the room. He was very kind and made calls on my behalf to help me get it fixed. I am very grateful and appreciative his honesty. The bed was a little firm for my husband and me. We're older with bad hips and are used to softer mattresses at home.

The location. The fact that it reeked of cigarette smoke, also the the smell of mildew, mildew stain on the mattress cover, sheets and comforter had burn holes in them as well as severe wear and tear to the point of if you applied pressure, you would make a hole. My daughter’s emotional support animal wouldn’t even sit on the floor in the floor. She kept trying to get out the door. Then I ask to cancel my reservation and get a refund, quick to say you don’t give refunds. Then you lie about going into the 3 rooms that you tried to give us and say you didn’t see or smell what we did. It’s disgusting service as well as disgusting facility.
