We had to change rooms because there was issues with th tv so they were helpful and moved us

The curtains in the room were torn and allowed light in at night while sleeping.

The staff demonstrated a high level of friendliness and professionalism throughout our stay. The rooms were consistently clean and well-maintained. The breakfast service was satisfactory. While the parking facilities were adequate, the hotel’s amenities fell short of our expectations. Notably, the indoor pool was closed from Thursday to Sunday—during the entire duration of our stay—which was a significant drawback, as this feature was a primary factor in our decision to book this property. Given this limitation, we would recommend considering alternative accommodations upon learning in advance that the pool would not be available during our stay.

Although I only stayed 1 night. It was extremely peaceful. I really needed that. I was able to grab a cup of coffee. They offer a cute little area for hot beverages. The bathrooms were clean. There's a refrigerator in the room too. I wouldn't say I didn't like anything, however I'd say give a little attention to the shower glass. That's all.
