Studio 6 Extended Stay - Savannah, GA - Gateway & I-95

Nothing Took over 2 hours to check in and motel is nasty not clean stains on bed and roaches there and it stunk never would ever stay here again and anyone I know going to savannah I would tell them to stay clear honestly we want a refund . I only been there twice and the rooms are very comfortable, kitchen is clean but I didn’t use it, I was there for a short time. The air conditioner was excellent

There was nothing unique about the property.It was infested with roaches and had molds.The rooms have a musty smell and the lights don’t even work.The bathroom was flooded and the customer service is very much poor.

The manager is such I arrogant person

The room was HORRIFYING! 1. It was NOT a King Bed-Roll In Shower as advertised. (False information on website !) It had a nasty tub and a shower chair sitting next to the toilet. 2. Although room was “clean”, it was INFESTED WITH LARGE BLACK FLIES!

Staff was not friendly. Room was disgusting and filthy. Air conditioning and TV didn’t work.

I didnt like the fact that my room was not clean at all an I let the front desk know an they didn’t do anything about it

Location for me. The layout of the room was nice. I liked the stove top burners for cooking. Saved me money and was able to eat healthier food. Full size refrigerator was nice. Laundry on-site was ok Room was dirty I had to clean it. TV was smaller then it should have been for size of room. Laundry room was nasty and expensive. Only 3 washers and 3 dryers 1dryer didnt work and was always busy. 3 hours for 1 load. Front text was trying to get more money each week I was there. Never giving me same price I reserved on booking.com

This place was the DIRTIEST PLACE I EVER STAYED IN. From roaches, mold, dirty sheets and the list goes on. I felt so uncomfortable and when I ask the manager to have maintenance, clean up, they he told me they will but when I checked, they never cleaned anything up. I don’t think they did was take out the trash.

Nothing No service in our room the whole 2 days. No fresh towels. One roll of toilet paper for two people times three days. If you wanted or needed more you had to pay for it. Not at all like the pictures. Much older and dirtier. Smelled like old cigarette smoke in our room. Roaches crawling around in the bathroom while taking a shower. Horrible experience. Worst motel I've ever stayed at and WILL NEVER stay again.

The room wasnt clean from previous people, no breakfast, no coffee, didnt even have a plastic fork to eat food woth, no cookware, no towels, and its a charge for toilet paper, and they cut your key off first thing if u go out to smoke u aint getting back in on checkout day

Rooms wasn’t deep clean nor was the shower clean I had buy cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom
