Shower had mold, no extra towels available, no extra pillows, thin walls, hot tub too hot, pool freezing cold, no limit on pets or rules for control bed was comfortable, room very spacious

The room was clean with fresh linen and towels, only problem l had was the bath tub, which they came in and cleaned it. The staff was very friendly and polite and pleasant to talk to.

Everything was great at this hotel.

The lady at the front desk has been kind both times. Unsure why the backdoor key card doesn't work. It worked in March. Pool and hot tub should be open until at least midnight considering its location. The 11 to 7 employee can watch guests, but maybe something happened that sparked this change. The 6.6 is fair. They are no longer stepping up to reflect the suite aspect of the place.

The air conditioning did not work in the room (it remained 76 and humid), tv in the room did not work (wasn’t even plugged in when we got into the room), the cereal in the breakfast bar was stale. The common areas look nice. Would not go back

Typical moderate budget hotel. Could have been cleaner, but you get what you pay for.

All in all everything was good I just wish the pool area was stay open 24 hours

Room was clean, breakfast was fine. Only thing some bathrooms need to be renovated.

Only had two issues the whole time one was at checkin where I found out my stay had been cancelled but the staff quickly handled it. Only other issue was the bathroom could have been a little cleaner mainly in the shower other than that everything else was great

The front desk staff was super friendly! It was a nice enjoyable experience. The front desk hostess was very helpful and accommodating any and all requests. Great stay for the money!

Our room had a weird smell but the bed sheets were clean enough. Also, saw a few roaches crawling around at night in the bathroom. A better job can be done to the upkeep of the property.

Front desk staff unfortunately was very short and rude. They tried to get me to pay for two nights even though I had already done so. I had a receipt showing I had already paid and she gave me attitude about it and told me I needed to call customer service. They also charge $25 per night for pets. My puppy is 20lbs and he wasnt even aloud to stay in the room unless we were there so not sure why there is a ridiculous charge. The back door to the hotel jams and we weren't aware of this so we attempted to open it like the instructions say on the door and it got stuck. Front desk yelled at my sister and told her not to do it again as if she knew that would happen. We traveled 12 hours and I dont approve of the way we were treated!

Arrived around 11pm. Pool hours are 10am-10pm so kids were disappointed they could not use the pool or hot tub as we were leaving early in the morning. The rooms appeared to be clean but the smell of mold in both rooms was really strong. There was visible mold in the bathroom on the walls close to the shower. Breakfast area was clean and good selection. Staff was helpful. The hotel itself appeared to be clean and the beds were comfortable and it was pet friendly. The pull out couch has less than a one inch thick mattress and sleeping on it would cause pain even for a child- those are not appropriate bed options... you can feel springs through mattresses. Prices inexpensive but due to strong odor and visible mold I would probably not stay again.

Our room was not cleaned properly. The countertops were not wiped down, the toilet was not washed out and the floor was not swept and mopped. Other than that the stay was wonderful.

The lady at the front desk was very nice. She checked us in and answered all questions. We went to check the room out... i noticed it wasn't what i expected.. I'm not going to mention everything. My children and I did not spend the night..we left.
