Male front desk agent has a serious attitude problem and really ought to be fired.

We had a very bad experience staying in this property. When we entered the room, the sink was not working, it has lot of dirt and looked extremely bad. Looks like they did not clean the room and did not check if it is ready to use before renting. We used bathtub for brushing and washing our faces. The phone did not work when tried to connect the front desk. There are dead cockroaches found all over the room. The AC worked only after 3 to 4 hours. As a result, We couldn’t sleep properly. This is a very unpleasant stay in this property. When I came and I informed this to the front desk, she did not even bother to respond. I requested to to talk to the manager but she said the manager is not available but later I came to know that the manager was standing next to us and was hearing to all the conversations but did not bother to contact us.

The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was sufficient.

I loved my stay here, it was clean I was kind of concerned about the vent over the toilet in the bathroom with dust but other than that it was a nice room. The breakfast wasn’t as satisfying, not too many options but it was well put together

Nothing. Nothing. There was no fire alarm on the wall. It was on the shelf in the closet disconnected from the wall. There is or was a water leak above the door because the paint was peeling and chipping off the ceiling. There is a big whole on the bottom of the sink. After the person who cleans up the room, they left the bin in front of my room. The ice machine is not working on the 1st floor. Was told by the manager you had to go to the second floor to get some. The ac was not cooling off the room. Was humid in the room. People was constantly bothering me when I did leave out of my room. Especially the guy that was next door to me. CREEPY. The exiting out of the parking lot was a HOT MESS. Homeless people were hanging around the SONIC restaurant across the street. Breakfast was not what you would expect.

Bed was just ok Asked for an extra pillow , was told " dont have any" Bathroom not the best shape. Morning continental breakfast stunk. White bread, minimal muffins. Cereal with curled milk. Place reeked like pot.

It was good to stay at for a couple days pretty cheap

The staff was nice The rooms had a lot of flys and ac didn’t work properly in one of the rooms and in one of the rooms the tv didn’t work.

Very comfortable beds. Nice room!

The staff at the front desk were very friendly. Other than that, It was supposed to be non smoking, but the room smelled of stale cigarettes and pot. Floor was extremely dirty. We had to wear shoes while walking around the room. We had no garbage can and there were only wires hanging out of the wall where the smoke detector was supposed to be. Got to breakfast 45 minutes before it ended and it was non existent. So don’t plan on eating.

Dirty, I asked to change rooms twice and each room was filthy. Sheets weren’t washed, floors were nasty. 0/10 don’t recommend!

The floors were not swiped, the towels had stains, the room was nasty! The breakfast is not a continental breakfast.

The room was extremely dirty. Bed linens were stained. Pulled back the sheets to check for bed bugs (found none thankfully) but there were crumbs on the mattresses. I picked up one of the pillows to find a beetle/bug crawling around. Some sort of mysterious sticky red gunk was caked on the shelf where the mini fridge sat. Bathroom floor appeared to have never been cleaned. Paper thin towels and wash cloths. The safety latch on the inside of the door was broke and the smoke alarm had been removed. Wires were exposed. Breakfast was almost nonexistent. Tiny pancakes or cereal. We went across the street and got Hardee’s instead. It was a bed to sleep in for the night, but that was it. I wouldn’t go back.

Would have been nice to have access to more drink machines

Room was dirty and white tub was brown. There was no inside lock in door and I felt unsafe. Definitely not a place I would let my family stay. There was a sign at front desk stating no refunds after 15 minutes, I now know why. Since I prepaid I was out of luck.
