Le sofa lit … semblait pas propre. C’est vraiment de base cette hôtel. Pour un Best Western plus.. il n’a rien de plus. Pas comme à Montréal !!

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Staff were friendly, room was clean and very spacious. My only issue was the AC unit. It was extremely loud but I didn’t turn it off because I do enjoy a cold room.

The cockroaches in the bathroom were all much

I thought that this would be a good place to stop for the night on our way to Florida. But the whole place smelt like mildew, we found mold in several spots in our room, and bugs as well! Never again

I wish they would have had a pool or a hot tub other than that it was great maybe next time I will visit hopefully the pool will be fixed or at least a hot tub

We stayed at the Best Western Plus Savannah Gateway for one night. The hotel was clean, quiet, and peaceful, which made it a comfortable stop during our journey. The breakfast was fine and provided a satisfactory start to the day. Overall, it was a pleasant and convenient overnight stay.

Breakfast was good. staff was nice. But shower ceiling needs some help

The best service was breakfast.. My first room had a hole in the wall toilet not clean floors wasn't mopped we were put in a new room 226 was better no pool. Yet so we went across the street to swim with family who stay there

I did not like the smell of the hotel … pool was out of service could have said it on when booking pool not available.. Bed is comfortable. Good location

Overall the stay was OKAY. You could tell the property has been renovated but it is not being maintained at a high level.

Very clean and modern. Room was big and …roomy. Two modern smart tvs. Shampoo and conditioner and body wash were high quality. Blackout curtain on the window was 100% effective so we slept in and missed breakfast. Make sure to set an alarm!

Breakfast was poor too not even close to a decent continental one. Incredible Expedia advertises it has buffet. Unless there’s no absolute other option I won’t stay in a BW hotel for a while.

I was very pleased with my king suite. I was greeted in the evening with a smile and the dining was close. My room was clean the beds were super comfortable and so was the breakfast. I would stay there again.

Good location but hotel rooms a little bit dirty, a lot of humidity,
