This hotel is dirty! The carpet was stinky and dirty. The bedsheets had stains and worst of all we saw roaches! In my roach and a dead roach in the lobby. It was disgusting never again!

Mold , very poor costumer service , worst breakfast I ever seen in a hotel ! People don’t waist your money .

Upon entry of the room the bathroom was horrible. Paint chipped off of the toilet and shower. The toilet itself was filthy and looked like it hadn’t been scrubbed properly especially the toilet bowl. I told front desk and asked for a different room to which he responded that he had no more available rooms and would send housekeeping. Housekeeping used a towel and sprayed the toilet seat and left. The pillow covers were dirty as well as the rags.

Paint was peeling off our bathtub and wallpaper peeling off the wall outside the room. You can tell it's an older hotel and doesn't seemed to be maintained. Room was clean but the mattress in the couch was disgusting so we chose not to use and my daughter slept on the couch instead of the pullout. There was breakfast trash left outside in the seating area for at least 24 hours. Staff were overheard complaining in the lobby about another room not having air conditioning and we were told at check in they were trying to get the pool fixed as if it had just went down, found out by a sign it had been down over a month, since the beginning of June. Breakfast was what you'd expect free breakfast to be. Loved the 12pm check out time and the beds were comfortable. Was a decent place, I've stayed in worst, but will not be back here again.

It's further away from the beach than it says online and the pool was closed.

The pool was also advertised as open, but it was actually shut down by the county and unavailable during our stay. That should have been disclosed before booking. The staff did try to move us to another room, but the air conditioning in that room wasn’t working, so it wasn’t a reasonable alternative. At that point, we decided it was best to leave and find another hotel in downtown Savannah. The only reason I’m giving three stars instead of fewer is because the manager was helpful, understanding, and ultimately gave us a refund. I genuinely appreciated how he handled the situation, even though the condition of the room and the inaccurate pool advertisement made for a disappointing experience.

Very Clean, nice staff breakfast was so good

Our stay was not bad but could’ve been better I understand it’s a hotel and people don’t always take care of as their home… but the bathroom wasn’t as up kept as I like the sink was really rotted and dirty the walls of the bathroom had mildew inbetween… and the bedding behind the bed has dust , hair and paper behind it… it wasn’t a bad stay it wasn’t loud, very spacious and bed slept comfortable after I did my own modifications to it. The pool was not open because of health violation which was a red flag because we did want to swim so it was concerning after seeing that but we made it through because we didn’t want a refund that we weren’t gonna get immediately. So I didn’t mind cleaning up the Telly to my liking… will I return to this hotel more than likely. Because it truly want a bad stay

The hotel and staff over all were great. Disappointed to find out that the pool was closed, and there wasn't a variety for breakfast, and each morning seemed to be fewer and fewer choices.

I’ve never stayed anywhere that was soo dirty and ill equipped!

This hotel was okay. It's fine for a place to lay your head at night. The staff was kind and helpful but there also wasn't much staff in general. The pool was closed because of a failed health inspection. The worst part of the stay that I found unacceptable was the lack of breakfast. In the morning there was no breakfast available. I believe another guest told my group that the excuse was "no chef". This is completely unacceptable, if a place advertises complimentary breakfast then that breakfast should be available or some form of refund should be given.

Not good at all. The pool was closed by the Health Department. They had no breakfast at all and there was a random slice of bread in a broken toaster. The kind of weird stuff that would be in a movie. Just awful

The was out of service

Terrible experience, don’t stay here. Our AC was leaking so bad a puddle formed under the bed. They used dawn dish soap for the shampoo. The pool was shut down. I woke up the next morning covered in bug bite that I’m pretty sure were bed bugs. The towels were stained with yellow dots. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.

Property is old and needs upgrades, not that clean, and doesn’t smell fresh. But the staff is excellent.
