This hotel was okay. It's fine for a place to lay your head at night. The staff was kind and helpful but there also wasn't much staff in general. The pool was closed because of a failed health inspection. The worst part of the stay that I found unacceptable was the lack of breakfast. In the morning there was no breakfast available. I believe another guest told my group that the excuse was "no chef". This is completely unacceptable, if a place advertises complimentary breakfast then that breakfast should be available or some form of refund should be given.

Not good at all. The pool was closed by the Health Department. They had no breakfast at all and there was a random slice of bread in a broken toaster. The kind of weird stuff that would be in a movie. Just awful

The was out of service

Staff was nice. Room was old, rugs were gross, bathtub was very slippery

No accessible rooms were available even though one was requested and needed. Room we were given smelled stale and had random spots that made us question how clean it was. There was no breakfast available because "something broke".

Location was key. Variety of places to eat in the area. A/C went out (it's like 95 degrees in Georgia) and it was leaking; it made the carpet wet around the bed basically half of the room was wet and smell moldy. Front desk contact management and I guess management told him to place a blanket in front of A/C like that was going to solve the issue I ask to be changed but I was told there was no vacancies but then after complaining and requested partial funds because I had to look for another hotel, all of sudden you have a empty room which was worse than the first one I had. I wasn't even there half the night from check in. The front desk provided me with a business card to contact Choice. They could have corrected the problem with a credit or something. Pictures online did no justice for the hotel. I advise not to reserve here

Terrible experience, don’t stay here. Our AC was leaking so bad a puddle formed under the bed. They used dawn dish soap for the shampoo. The pool was shut down. I woke up the next morning covered in bug bite that I’m pretty sure were bed bugs. The towels were stained with yellow dots. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.

Property is old and needs upgrades, not that clean, and doesn’t smell fresh. But the staff is excellent.

A Country Inn & Suites; it doesn’t appear to be kept up very well. There are disgusting stains in the carpet, patched up walls in the room where a hole may have been mudded but never finished; tile in the bathroom subpar repair. The A/C was so close to the bed we couldn’t feel the air and it was in the high 90s- nights were miserable. The cleaning staffed always smiled if you made eye contact but that was it. There was no phone in the room, only one working beside lamp. The one ice maker on the 1st floor was ragged. The pool has been closed by Chatham County Health Department. The complimentary breakfast- was a hard NO for me.

Staff Pool not available. Room smells

The room was ok. Breakfast was not even made or put out for my stay. Put do not disturb on door they went in anyways did not care. Coffee in the morning downstairs was cold every morning. Don't stay here unless you want shifty service. Also pool closed

Good location Room didn't appear clean. I wiped everything down when we arrived and crumbs and lint on surfaces. Had an odor that we couldn't get rid of. Shower didn't drain properly so we had to take 30 minutes between showers to allow the water to go down. Tub always looked dirty.
