Great stay!

I will say we were definitely pleased with the size of our queen one bedroom suite. However, and I realize this is out of the hotels control, the power went out almost immediately when we got to our room. After a couple of hours, we went to the front desk and I asked if they had any updates which they did not. I asked her what we would do once it got dark and we wouldn't be able to see and she said they would provide flashlights. I think what was surprising was there were two full buildings and we had three different family members who booked. So we were in different buildings.-I think the thing that is under the hotel control is that they really need to up their game on breakfast. The first morning we were there. There was no butter no bowls for the oatmeal. The coffee, (one small carafe) rapidly ran out as did the half-and-half. When you are supplying two large buildings worth of hotel rooms, you probably could use more than one small carafe. The second day, there was still no butter for toast or bagels, and they were out of plates so you had to put your food in the small style of Home bowls same situation with coffee.-in addition there is barely any seating in the breakfast area maybe three tables for four and a couple of barstools so you might wanna plan on bringing your breakfast to your room . There was just an overall Laissez faire attitude from the breakfast staff about refilling anything or trying to meet guests needs. Could be so much better!

Clean rooms, helpful staff, no issues

The check in was easy and the clerk was friendly. The breakfast was good. It was great having 2 bedrooms and a kitchen area. There needed to be more than 2 towels. We would stay again.

The overall experience was not very impressive. The property itself is conveniently located. My first impression was that it was very average, with many scuff marks and dirty floors in the check in area. Once I got to my room on the second floor, I discovered that the TV did not work. The receptionist said she could move me to a different room, but first I needed to lug all of my stuff back down to reception, which I did, so she could give me a room on the third floor, so all the way back up to move into a new room. In this room, the TV kept freezing up and would not change channels, so I pretty much gave up on TV in general. I went out later and came back to find the AC had gone out, so it was 77 degrees in the room. A new receptionist said there wasn't much she could do. Eventually, I managed to restart the window unit, but the rest of the room never really cooled down. The bathroom was OK, and the little kitchenette was functional. The bed was very comfortable, which was the only thing that exceeded expectations.

This place is not even worth writing a review. Just do a surprise visit in to the room and compare ur price to the another Marriott in different state. Refrigerator did not work and water did not drain when u take a shower the floors was not vacuumed all the way. The hall way have trash. Couch bed mattress was old and gave holes. Room 228. One queen bed and sofa bed. Check it out for yourself.

When I checked in, Ms. Doris went above and beyond. She asked me if I was a Marriott member , and this reminded me of one I had but did use. I really appreciate this. She has amazing customer service. She was patient and kind. I love this. I will definitely be using this hotel in future.
