Holiday Inn Express and Suites Savannah - Midtown by IHG

It was a very nice room and hotel. The room was clean and neat. Our room didn't get cleaned or fresh towels our last day for some reason. That wasn't good. The breakfast service had some challenges. They ran out of food 3 out of the 4 mornings we were there. The pancake machine was only working when I was there my last day. And the guava juice ran out on my 3rd and 4th am. Need better breakfast people. And the pool had an incident where it needed to be cleaned and it took 2 days to get to it. I never got to go swimming. Otherwise pleasant stay.

The hotel was not well maintained. We booked a room with a pull out bed and had to go in search of extra linens and towels. There were people above us stomping around all hours of the night and the staff was not helpful with resolving the issue.

Good Location for traveling around the city.Breakfast was very good and front desk agents went very nice and hospitable. Front parking small, filled up fast at night.

Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast is good for continental that included hot items like eggs, bacon, grits, biscuits. Also had oatmeal, cereal, pastries and a pancake machine. Pool was nice, it’s outside. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Breakfast was fantastic. Bed mattress incredible. Staff wonderful and helpful. 24 hour coffee availability was very welcome some days. Close to multiple good places to eat. More bacon at breakfast. Rates could be a little lower. WiFi slow to load some programs.

Only complaint is room had a lot of empty floor space. One chair for desk. I think it was missing an armchair or some similar piece of furniture.

good coffee and breakfast. The iron in 222 was attached so high on the inner wall of the cabinet that I could not remove it for use.

The staff was nice and friendly. The breakfast was good and the kids enjoyed the pool area.

Saturday night very noisy with guests talking and laughing loudly in middle of night waking me up. Sunday night quiet. Real ID needed for check in!

I slept so well after a full day of activities. Well lit parking, convenient ice machine by elevator, generous room size for non-ADA, and very good Buffet breakfast. AND, they have coffee service that has machines that grind beans per cup! Very good!!

There are several restaurants close by, one just next door

Check in was very slow and there were several staff but the one helping me answering the phone which made the process even longer. No coffee the two times I tried to get it in the lobby. One time being at breakfast. Body wash dispenser was broken in the shower- but not something you notice until you need it. Beds were comfortable but the walls are thin and the stay was very noisy. Never again - especially at the price we paid.
