Unexplained charges to my credit card

Our room was really clean, loved the garden terrace room. Really convenient walking distance to several restaurants, stores and the hop on and off trolly and all of river street
-
The hotel itself is beautiful, with a nice and welcoming lobby. The breakfasts were also very delicious. The only downside was the cleanliness of our room. It wasn’t as clean as expected, and I would rate it about 3 out of 5 for cleanliness. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its excellent location and comfortable atmosphere.

Right on the river with a beautiful view. Staff very friendly and helpful!

convenience to River Street and attractions

No mention when booking with Expedia that it costs $50 per day extra to park your car on Hyatt property. This added $150 to our bill for staying there 2 nights. We were only there 2 nights and a total of 44 hours. Rip off, should have been included in price of Hyatt Hotel stay.

Bed was very uncomfortable and the staff was unable to improve the hardness.
-
From staff to the property it was an amazing experience will definitely be staying again.

The lobby is absolutely stunning and makes a great first impression, but unfortunately, the rooms were a huge disappointment. We had to change rooms twice, and each one seemed worse than the last. In the first room: It was very dirty. The bathtub was clogged. There was a lot of hair on the bathroom floor. The bed sheets were stained, which was disgusting. We called for assistance, but after waiting two hours and no one came, we had to call the front desk again. They moved us to another room, but it was even worse. The beautiful lobby gives you high expectations when you arrive, but the guest rooms desperately need to be renovated and maintained better. The location is the hotel's biggest advantage, but the cleanliness and condition of the rooms do not reflect a 4-star experience

I was greeted at check in with a delicious cocktail. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We had a beautiful river front room. I would definitely stay here again.
-
Staff was great except for half the time we were told to just grab a luggage, then were aggressively spoken to when we asked where they were to use one. There are only like 2 bellman for the whole hotel, so after waiting 40 minutes we just dragged all our stuff downstairs. Our riverfront room had a great view, but MAKE SURE to close the blinds and crank the AC when you go out for the day or you’ll come back to a 76* room.

That was my second time staying with the Hyatt. I will most definitely stay again. Every thing was great and the location is a plus.
-
Great location. We had to cut out trip short and the manager at the Hyatt couldn’t be more helpful. Nice amenities with water and coffee and a nice bar and cafe.
-
Great hotel, close to everything. Staff was very helpful

I am writing this to warn anyone who makes the mistake of booking a hotel stay here. Absolutely disgusting. They switched us to three different rooms after the first had a broken bed, the second room had stains all over the couch, and the third was not much better. The location does not make up for the rooms either. I worked with two different people at the front desk, one was very kind, the other was not. Luckily we were able to get a refund and book at another hotel the road (also riverfront) but please spare yourself a headache and stay anywhere else but here. It's heyday was at least 30 years ago and all they've done since is slap lipstick on a pig.

Great location and friendly staff.

Great staff. Ariana and Asia were pleasant and very helpful at the front desk. Upgraded our room to a beautiful scenic view of the river. Thanks again. I will be staying again.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The hotel was spotless, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. The amenities exceeded our expectations, and the overall atmosphere made us feel right at home. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
