Great location. We had to cut out trip short and the manager at the Hyatt couldn’t be more helpful. Nice amenities with water and coffee and a nice bar and cafe.

I am writing this to warn anyone who makes the mistake of booking a hotel stay here. Absolutely disgusting. They switched us to three different rooms after the first had a broken bed, the second room had stains all over the couch, and the third was not much better. The location does not make up for the rooms either. I worked with two different people at the front desk, one was very kind, the other was not. Luckily we were able to get a refund and book at another hotel the road (also riverfront) but please spare yourself a headache and stay anywhere else but here. It's heyday was at least 30 years ago and all they've done since is slap lipstick on a pig.

Great staff. Ariana and Asia were pleasant and very helpful at the front desk. Upgraded our room to a beautiful scenic view of the river. Thanks again. I will be staying again.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The hotel was spotless, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. The amenities exceeded our expectations, and the overall atmosphere made us feel right at home. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great location. Reasonably priced. The staff were extremely kind and friendly. Pool was nice and clean. Checking was a breeze and I was upgraded to a river view room as I wanted to be close to my daughter and grandchildren. It’s my second stay at this hotel which is located right on the river walk.

Was not a good experience. We had valet service for the car. When we picked up the car, the phone charger was missing. This was not about the charger, but nobody cares

No parking on property unless you pay $50 a day. It is stated in the website. Public parking is nearby. Great location if you want to watch the boats in the comfort of your air conditioned room.
