Great location

Found the rooms to be sizable and comfortable. Weirdly, loved the hair dryer. The pool was small but a nice amenity and cool that there was bar service at it. Concierge made good recommendations. Did not stop at the bar so cannot comment on that. Didn't love all the taxes and extra fees to our room rate, but I guess that's more of a Savannah complaint than an Andaz complaint....

I will stay there again—enjoyable!

I loved this hotel! My boyfriend and I stayed here for our anniversary and we were both so happy with our experience. We got complimentary drinks at the bar that were delicious and they also have smores kits you can get at the front desk to roast at the fire pit. The rooms were clean and we enjoyed having our own balcony. Highly recommend!

This was our second time staying and had a great experience both times. Location is perfect. Staff really friendly and accommodating. There is a happy hour daily from 2-6 with reasonable prices on drinks. Good balance of guests with and without kids. My only criticism is that the bathrooms could be updated/renovated. However, it was a good size bathroom and clean. Would stay again!

It is in a central downtown location two blocks from the riverfront. The property is well-maintained and the staff are all very helpful and go out of their way to make your stay memorable.

I arrived at the hotel at 1:30 a.m. after making a reservation through Booking.com. The payment had already been charged to my credit card, but when I checked in, the receptionist told me that they did not have a room available for me. As a woman traveling alone, I was left stranded in the middle of the night and had to spend the next hour searching for another hotel. This situation caused me significant stress, inconvenience, and additional expenses. I find it completely unacceptable that my confirmed and prepaid reservation was not honored. I always enjoy staying here! The location is perfect for exploring the city and surrounded by great food options. The beds are comfy. The rooms are clean & spacious. Most importantly, the staff is always amazing! The valet when you arrive; smiling faces at the front desk; bartenders and cleaning staff are all so friendly and make the stay that much more enjoyable. One night while I was there the square was pretty wild and out of control. The crowd was loud prompting the police to show up around 2 or 3 in the morning. It definitely made it difficult to sleep for a couple of hours
