I like the hotel. It’s my second time staying at here. Just need to ensure room is properly cleaned before guests arrive

I have stayed here two years in a row for a conference. The hotel, the staff and location are great. The pool, fitness center and firepit are excellent. The only complaint is the noise from the elevator bank. There is a constant knocking or popping sound coming from the elevators. I highly recommend when booking you request a room away from the elevators and you will have a excellent stay.

When we first got here our room did smell like smoke but after talking with the front desk, they sent housekeeping immediately to freshen up our room. We never had a problem after that. Thanks We will definitely book this hotel again.

One of the two elevators was out. This meant long waits to get up to my fifth-floor room. Also, the thermostat in the room didn't seem to work. It was 68 degrees when I came in the room. I made it warmer (72) and, an hour later, no change -- still 68 degrees. I turned it a little warmer (74) and, about 15 mintues later, the room was 76 degrees. So, I dropped it back down to 72 and, 15 minutes later, the room was 68 again.

The hotel was lovely and the staff were accommodating. When we arrived, one of the two elevators was out of service. By the following morning, neither elevator was working. Because our room was on the sixth floor, we had to cut short our planned morning walk, pack our belongings, and leave. I was physically unable to walk down six flights of stairs and then climb back up. This was extremely inconvenient and disappointing.

The elevator was down for the second year in a row. It was the very same on that was down last year.

My room was upgraded upon arrival, a very welcomed surprise after a long day of traveling.

Paid for a Deluxe Suite with a balcony, kitchen, etc. but received a small room.

Run down. It didn't look feel or smell like any hyatt I've been too. There's way nicer hotels in downtown savannah for a better price. I won't book it again, sorry guys.

The hotel is fine. Nothing special other than the great location, but it served its purpose. The front desk and reception area give a bad impression (a bit tired-looking, messy desks, etc.), but the staff was friendly and helpful. My room was nice with a lovely view of the square, the louder side of building. I barely heard the club opposite it. If you’re a light sleeper, choose the other side. The bathroom was bright, clean and modern, though the shower was small and got water all over the bathroom floor each time I used it. I don’t think they have breakfast, but you’re surrounded by restaurants. Parking was an offensive $50/day valet. Park in a public garage instead. Overall, it’s not bad, but not great either.
