But the bartender was Amazing and super nice! He even welcomed us back the second night. Also our room wouldn’t open and the front desk blamed it on us. Saying the key card can’t be by your cell phone. After 3 trips down 3 floors (back and forth) finally they sent maintenance. The battery in the door lock was dead. Clean hotel and good location.

Our server this AM, Martin I believe, was great, helpful, courteous. The location was great to see all the sites. Would definitely return.

The location was in the perfect area. Parking is a disaster! Valet offered to move the guests cars while we went in checked in, we come out to move our car to a separate garage and we all have tickets from the city. I’ve been fighting to get it handled by the hotel and valet, but we ended up having to pay out of pocket. The hotel also charged us for valet parking the whole weekend after telling them we used the public garage down the street. We will never stay here again.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean when we arrived. Hotel lobby was updated since the last time I stayed at the hotel. Will be back.

We had a good stay at Hotel Indigo in Savannah. The location was really convenient if you want to be close to the Historic District and downtown. The hotel was clean and overall we enjoyed our stay. The only thing I didn’t love was there was an odd smell in the hotel that was noticeable during our stay. Other than that, it was a good experience and a convenient place to stay for exploring Savannah.

The locations was top-tier. I did not like the smell when you enter into the room, but everything else was great. Love the staff all of them.

The mattress was very comfortable, and the location was excellent. I was very surprised that the hotel had no working Wi-Fi. At check-in, the staff even explained how to connect to the Wi-Fi, but although my computer showed that it was connected, there was no internet access. I eventually had to take my laptop down to the front desk, where another staff member told me that the hotel simply did not have internet service at the time. It is hard to imagine a four-star hotel treating the lack of internet access as something normal. In addition, the bed sheets felt very damp, possibly because of the humid coastal environment. The curtains also did not close completely, so they did not block the light very well.

Great location, super friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were on the small side. No where did the upgrade from a standard rooms to the premimum say, it's the same room, just on the top 3 floors, so that didn't sit well because of the extra fee. Our first room had a musty smell, probably from the air conditioner so they were kind to switch our room; problem solved. Good customer service. Enjoied the drink token for the bar, much appreicated. I would return, just get a standard room.

This hotel was okay. The room was very small with two queen beds. The bathroom was tiny and the vanity and sink were in the bedroom which I find weird. I found the room to be damp. The carpet in the halls was very old and did not appear clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The valet, Todd, was exceptional and Zane, the bartender was GREAT! The drink tokens given at check in work for mocktails as I don’t drink. However, they did not make up for the EXCESSIVE fees charged by the property including a $25 per night destination fee. This is ridiculous. The hotel was fine for two nights but I probably would not stay there again. I expected much more from a Hotel Indigo.

The valet were all very nice and professional. The front desk were nice and professional as well. The cleaning staff, however, are extremely rude. I never felt like my room was properly cleaned. The bathtub was dirty. When I came in the floor was dirty when I came in, which makes me wonder if the sheets were clean.. I stayed for four nights and the floor was dirty the whole time it was never swept or vacuumed.

Had serious problems with our reservations! We had to move rooms 3 times! The Assistant Manager-Sherry was phenomenal helping get things sorted out!!!
