Hotel Indigo Savannah Historic District by IHG

Great experience

The hotel was hot in the lobby and elevators. Our AC did not work in the rooms, it was a lengthily time before we could change rooms. Also I was charged a destination charge. I would not recommend this hotel.

Great modern hotel in Savannah’s historic district with a bar and restaurant. Complimentary bottled water was a nice touch. Most staff were friendly, though one receptionist was unwelcoming and said I couldn’t earn IHG points due to booking through a third party. While I understand this, it wasn’t conveyed in a pleasant manner. Room service was missed one day during our 4-night stay. Overall a good experience with a few minor issues. I would still recommend it.

The ac in our room would not cool the room below72. That’s my only complaint. Great location and rooms. Had billing issue at the end and they fixed it immediately! Great stay

Room 426. The air conditioner was very loud. The walls are thin so you can hear every noise there was. Front host could have been a little more informative and polite. Probably won't stay here again and Iove the Indigo brand

The location was perfect for everything thing we wanted to sees. Walkable to all of the sites! We would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Savannah!

Great room, great location. Friendly staff. Love this hotel. Only issue is the parking ... it takes about 45 mins to get your car.

Not a safe place! Stay on the other side of River street for the same price and better everything and not worrying about dying

The only thing I sidn't like about my stay was the bathroom door. And having to cram myself between the toilet and shower so I could fully open the door to exit the bathroom.
