Beautiful property, excellent staff and very comfortable beds. Staff was extremely attentive and noticed a comment that was made about our daughter’s 21st Birthday. She had a surprise plate of fruit and chocolate left in our room with a sweet card. She was so excited!

The destination charge of $30 per day was a rip off. They gave you a $15 credit for the rooftop bar but the bartender was lazy and so slow we gave up. The rooftop bar has a great view and so much potential. The lack of staff and servers makes it worthless. Hotel staff and doormen were great!

This was our second time staying. We previously stayed on our honeymoon, & this time we stayed for our 10th anniversary. The view was lovely, & the amenities were nice. May have to try again for year 20!

Parking - We paid for 1 night $89.50 --- do you think it is a fair price? Yes - It's terrible!! @ 2 Queen beds room - but JUST 1 robe, 1 pair of slippers, 1 tooth-cleaning kit.

Wonderful rooms. Very large, amazing wood ceilings, great beds and pillows. Wonderful rooftop area. Great location.

Excellent location to restaurants and shopping. Very walkable as we did not use our car the entire stay. Loved the room refresh completed daily. This lost in some hotels but was excited to see every day our room was restocked and tidy on our return from shopping and exploring. I will definitely be coming back. All staff were very helpful and courteous.

Bed was very comfortable. Room had no closet or waste can in bathroom. Door stuck opening & closing. Very very pricey for drinks. Staff was more interested in their cell phones than customers. We will not stay there again. It use to be fabulous.

Nice and walkable area. Parking is very expensive and not well staffed. There’s no valet overnight and for $55/night they should be. Wished there was a mini fridge in the room to keep drinks cold. The air conditioner in the room didn’t work that well

It was such a cool property. Well maintained and clean. The team there was very warm, attentive and generous. We can’t wait to go back.
