The best thing about my visit to Quality Inn downtown Savannah was the amazing staff. Everyone was so incredible cordial and pleasant. Always with a smile and kind words. Britanny was fantastic. The evening front desk worker, I can't remember her name, super sweet and welcoming even at 10 PM. I appreciate customer service as my husband and I have our own little business. It means everything. Housekeeper was very sweet, hard working lady, as well! The price was right, A bit loud as it is on the main drag by the river. But great for a quick stopover. Bed was comfortable. Coffee was decent! :) Hope you are an early riser!!

This hotel is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We got there a little early and the room was available, but they wanted to charge $50 extra to check in two hours early. There was trash in the stairwells, including empty beer bottles and cups. The room itself was not bad but they charged us per night to park and between 6 PM and midnight there were four different cars that part there illegally that were towed.. The tow trucks were right in front of our room so it was loud and distracting. We were worried all night that by mistake. We might get towed even though we paid the fee for two different cars to park. The staff was not helpful at all. They were actually very rude. I would not recommend this place at all.

There was a smell. Other than that it was alright. They changed a $30 parking fee. Which i didn't realize.

Rooms and the hotel need to be updated asap

Location good. Rooms clean. Outside needs some maintenance. Noisy with traffic.

We had a rough time while staying there. We originally booked a king sized bed. We got in and got settled. Left and came back and the door was not working. After waiting for an hour, the maintenance team moved us into another room. This rooms A/C unit was awful. We asked them to fix it, we were told maintenance completely changed out the unit, it didn't change. They left a piece of the other unit in our room when we got back. Would not stay there ever again. Could barely sleep at night.

Very affordable rooms and convenient location.

coffee and juice. Parking is $30 per day and well worth it since you can walk to almost anywhere.

Parking is a pain in Savannah. This place has surface parking and I like it better than garages. Hotel is just fine, it is clean and rooms are good too. I have stayed here many times while visiting Savannah. Cannot say enough good things about the staff there. They have always been extremely friendly and helpful. One lady in the office even brought me a plate of homemade chicken. You cannot beat that kind of friendliness!!!

I Like manager or general manager she was so nice kind and respectful ?? The rooms stinky old and crappy very unfit

BUT the room we had was a 3/10 . I would say it was extremely grungy and had that sterotypical "Motel 6" vibe. Holes and cracks in the walls, there was a chapstick left in the corner that had clearly been there a while, the floor of the tub/shower was soft and extremely unlevel, and there was a moldy/moist/dusty thickness in the air of the room. The linens and towels appeared clean and some of the other rooms looked more well kept and nicer so maybe we just got an outdated room. There was a mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, ice bucket/cups, and shampoo, conditioner, and lotion provided. There was not any soap. TV had basic channels and the AC unit worked well, but was loud. The front desk lady that helped us check in was extremely helpful and friendly. We did not go down to eat breakfast but it sounded like they had good options. There is a very cute terrace/patio on the 2nd floor with tables and chairs. My biggest frustration was having to pay an additional $35/day for parking in the hotel parking lot that was not included in my reservation. Overall, good price & good location but I would not stay here again.

Although we went budget friendly for our short stay in Savannah this trip, the Staff was super friendly & maintenance was timely and extremely thorough with fixing plumbing upon our check in so we could leave and return from our event undisturbed as we requested .

The value for money, the location, the room had what i needed for the purpose of my stay. Will definitely stay here again. The TV in the room did not work. A better breakfast selection could have been provided.

Location

Location is great Staff is very nice and helpful Breakfast was coffe , muffins, donuts and waffles in a clean area with tables and everything you need . The place is old and dated but is according with the price

Location and friendly staff Bedroom was simply too old and overly used. TV set was small and outdated. The bedroom door extremely dirty. Bathroom was minimal. Bedding seemed used.

Already reviewed. Staff was very helpful, quality inn should be ashamed. The place was awful doors were dirty, external walls dirty, water leaking everywhere. It looked like an hourly rate motel… how Expedia lists it is beyond comprehension. Obviously the inn makes money and doesn’t reinvest in its upkeep. Beds were the only thing that appeared cleaned. Very very disappointed.

While the location was old. The staff was wonderful.
