Staff were nice

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was great very close to River Street and short walk to downtown. Room in need of an upgrade but they are currently carrying out renovations.Parking cost an extra $35

The breakfast was sort of limited. The property is older and a little shabby. The TV is old and the picture was very dim. But the best part of the place is location, which you cannot touch at any of the other hotels nearby for the rate at the Quality. A walk around the corner and you are on River Street! For us, the price was fair for the location and I was not disappointed in the value for the money!

Super friendly staff. The room and bathroom are pretty dated but clean. Located just a short walk to the historic riverfront area. Good place for the money but they do charge for parking.

Very rundown room and facility. Property and room not clean. Old and very worn…no upkeep at all. Grounds had cigarette butts everywhere. Bed and pillow were comfy and staff were friendly and kind but hotel is in rough shape. My room smelt so musty I could barely sleep and hoped my clothes didn’t take on the smell. You get what you pay for at this property. I would not recommend it unless it is the only option you can afford.

Room was very clean but dated. Carpet quite worn, vanity counter cracked through side to side, bathroom door cracked, holes in the curtain lining. Staff were all very pleasant and the location is excellent.

The property is in much need of a remodel and is in need of an update. I was completely shocked to be charged $35.00 additional for parking.

Location to river walk and tours in the area. Should more variety for breakfast

The room smelled like a moldy basement and stunk. The carpets had big black moldy looking spots on them at the door and all throughout the room. I had to keep my flipflops on the whole time. The tub had a big stain and rust looking spot from the drain all the way up the middle of the tub. The air never got good and cool in there either.

The day after checkin I noticed the bathroom had mold on the ceiling and a broken towel bar next the the toilet. We were not informed that we had to request housekeeping service when we checked into the hotel and assumed that service would be provided daily. The next day, I inquired about housekeeping and learned that it had to be requested daily. I then showed the front desk person photos of the mold in the bathroom and broken towel bar and was assured that housekeeping would address both issues. I was not offered a freshly cleaned room as an alternative nor was I offered a reduction in price for the inconvenience and health hazard that mold presents.

But that's the only positive thing I can say about this hotel. The place is a dump, broken furniture, filthy carpet, big crack in the sink countertop that looks dangerous, damp, musty smell. Awful.

Great location. Close to loads of restaurants, River street as well as the historic district. Parked our car for 3 days and walked. Hotel/motel is run down from the outside compared to all of the other hotels around, however the room was clean enough and the staff were very polite and friendly.

The staff; especially, Brittany, was very friendly, knowledgeable, & answered all my questions. The room’s carpet needed some TLC, other than that, the A/C was working well & the bathroom had always hot water. As a solo traveler, I also liked the location being walkable & safe.

Exterior was oudated. Room was ok but the toilet bowl was stained. Only good thing is the location was close to Riverwalk and city market.

Breakfast had an assortment. Staff was excellent and were very helpful even getting a bathmat for the shower. Location is excellent Close to river, market, trolley stop and restaurants.

Dirty and outdated with expensive parking. Most noisy place I’ve ever stayed at. Would never stay again!!

Carpets and building old and poor condition.

Although the place could use a little upgrade on paint and carpeting, it was a perfect place for me to stay for my conference. I just needed a place to lay my head so I was not worried about the appearance. The location was perfect to see all of the sites in Historic Savannah. The staff was wonderful and the beds were clean and super comfortable. I would say the beds were better than any 5 star place and that is all I needed! I also really appreciated the simple continental breakfast to get me moving in the morning. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful stay

I was very disappointed when we saw the motel. Usually Quality Inns are good but this one we dubbed “not do” Quality inn. The carpet was dirty, curtains shabby, drywall repairs that were not painted to complete the job, doors were dirty. Price of the room did not equal the quality of room. Plus the cancellation policy was rigid.
