Needs painting inside and out
-
Very run down but it's at a good location towels was dirty
-
Rooms are clean and organized. Breakfast is also complete. Good variety of food. However the external side of the hotel is terrible. Dirty. Paint is old. No maintenance. Stairs seems like from a old subway. Smells urine. There was beer bottle at the stairs.
-
The hotel looked rundown on the outside. Tub had rust stains. Sheets were a 10! Staff a 10.

The room itself was clean, cold and comfortable.. but the so called breakfast was non existent and the hotel exterior looks like it's run down and out of business. When we walked up to it to go check in I said to my wife.."is it even still open?" Plus $30 a night to park at the hotel parking lot is rip off. We parking at a parking garage for $16. Takes 5 to 10 business days to get your $35 incidental deposit back. We usually stay at the Marshall House but stayed here this time. Big mistake. Will be staying at the Marshall again when we go to Savannah. Would not recommend this place.

Loved staying in the historical district of Savanna GA. The location was perfect for walking all of the historical district and the waterfront with reasonable room prices on the weekend!
-
Room was extremely hot. Beds were really small and the building looked like it was going to fall apart.
-
Overall not bad, price and location were great compared to other places. I would stay there again.

Before I got to the property, payment was taken out of my bank account. I've never had that happen before check in. The outside of the property was run down. I decided to not stay at the property, due to how run down it was. Staff was helpful, as I didn't feel comfortable staying at their property. They issued a refund, which I have not received yet.

Location is perfect breakfastoption very minimal.
-
Good location, but very basic. Enough just to sleep and rest while sightseeing.

The location is right in Savannah's Historic District, just two blocks from Plant Riverside—home to the best hotels, restaurants, and shopping, as well as the Savannah River—and very close to the *Georgia Queen*. I must highlight the excellent service provided by the manager, Ms. Selina, and her housekeeping and customer service teams. It is located just one block from the Historic District, the pedestrian street, Plant Riverside, the Uber pickup point, and the trolley stop for the hop-on, hop-off tour. The hotel is in a state of neglect; it needs painting inside and out, new carpeting, furniture upgrades, and complete bathroom renovations. The room we were given lacked a bathroom counter to place our belongings. The doors were dirty and the finish was peeling; while I understand it is the most budget-friendly hotel in the area, it shouldn't be quite so run-down.

The property was a perfect inexpensive weekend trip option. The beds are a little small for two couples but we could manage it for two nights. If we were staying any longer though with two couples we would have paid the extra to go to a place that was better quality. But a great inexpensive option for a party of 2. We would rather spend money on experiences than a hotel.
-
Nothing Charged us 30 for a parking. Yelled at us to pay 50 for my service dog. Never again.
-
I would never recommend this place. Employees were nice but the hotel itself was not. The room was very dated. The floor was uneven and had a huge ledge in the middle of the room. This is very dangerous to someone with mobility issues. The list of problems with the room goes on and on. I understand the hotel itself is old but that does not mean it should be unsafe

Located near social activities Room smells. Being charged multiple times for parking on days I wasn't in the area.

Our vanity was broke in half! Not kidding! But they did try to caulk it.. worse than terrible! Floors were very dirty. The tv was really old! Staff was nice. Location was great! Did not shower there..

The manager was excellent. We had a problem with the room so she moved us right away. Parking charge that wasn't disclosed at time of booking.
