Very centrally located to walk downtown and river street. Lots of walkable restaurants and stores near by. Nice to leave car parked at valet and get your steps in! Would definitely be back

You have to pay to park, either on the street or valet they said $48 but was charged $61.50 , breakfast $20/person, ice and soda machine out on 3rd floor, they have coffee but by 9am it’s gone, bathroom sink stopped up, the bed was ok, the pillows are nasty and horrible.

The property was neatly clean, accessible to alot of things and the staff was excellent! I enjoyed my stay I will be back!

The hotel itself is not bad although the staff could be more helpful and welcoming, specially at breakfast. The problem with this location is the noise from outside. There’s some type of garbage truck facility just outside and at 5:00am the madness starts

Honestly super disappointed. The elevator was ancient and scary. The staff was. It friendly and didn’t seem happy to be there. The price did not equal the value. Only plus was location. At night there was super loud music playing somewhere nearby. Like a DJ playing until 2am.

Very nice stay! Would stay here again!!

The shops and entertainment were walking distance The $53 charge to park your vehicle at the hotel which is already part or built with the hotel...you have to pay for everything except air..break was $18 for buffet or a plate was at least $10 and up....not sure why these comments matter, nothing will change!!

The walls needs to be painted again in the rooms. The sink didn’t drain very well.

We really appreciated the bag check and being able to leave our car parked till 12:30. I'd absolutely stay here again hopefully for a longer stay.

Staff was very friendly and hotel overall was nice. Only downfall was being on busy street side. Lots of noise from dawn to dusk.

The room accommodations were satisfactory I booked a room with the spa bath for my wife to enjoy in case she did not get to use the hot tub. When I turned on the jets for the spa tub, black particles came out of the jets. Either rust from the pipes or black mold that had formed from not being used. So instead of my wife did not get to enjoy relaxing in the spa tub as planned. I also observed the paint on the shower ceiling peeling. Most likely caused by steam from the shower.

Perfect location. Trolley stop right outside hotel. Staff nice to provide umbrella. No maid service provided. Pool area could have had a few umbrellas and more reclining chairs.

Everything including the location to River Street Wish I could have stayed longer

We had a great stay I will definitely be staying here again.

Did not care for the breakfast. Oatmeal was dry and thick so I didn't eat any. Eggs were dry. Doughnut was just ok. Front desk was helpful when our toilet clogged twice.. Toilet didn't flush well. Bed was kind of soft and lumpy.

Really enjoyed the cleanliness of the common areas, good air conditioning, overall would stay again!

The property is the prime location to enjoy Savannah. It’s a few steps from the City Market, a Trolley stop, River Street, and a 20 minute drive to Tybee Island. The staff was polite and helped with recommendations to enjoy the city. We used valet to park our car for the entire weekend and only moved it once to drive to Tybee Island. I’m definitely returning.
