The breakfast off the menu was better than the buffet. Oh and those cookies are delicious!

I stayed here mostly for pool/hot tub access. The hot tub is in such poor disrepair I can't believe it's in use; I didn't go in it. The property photos must all be from when the hotel was new, it is quite run down now. I should have also listened to the other reviews about staying in a room facing the pool; it is very noisy. At 9pm I asked the front desk three times to get the group that was still in the pool to turn off their loud radio to no avail. The pool closes at 10. If you stay here, do not stay in a room that faces the pool. My room was fine and clean, but I wouldn't stay here again.

I dislike that certain amenities were not included in the cost of the hotel such as valet parking and continental breakfast.

Will stay here again!

Swimming pool and hot tub needs updating in addition to ceilings which have water damage

The hotel shows its age everywhere. The front desk person was not the best. I repeated my phone number 3 times. I was double charged but they fixed it. The online listing said parking included but apparently that was not correct. I paid two days of parking costs (over $100) and we were there less than 12 hours. We even walked to get our own car in the parking lot next door after they gave us our keys.

Everything was clean, staff was happy and attentive. We did not use the bar or stay for breakfast, but it smelled good!
