Holiday Inn Savannah Historic District by IHG

During my stays, my roon had NOT cleaned becauae room cleaning was knocked prior 0900AM.

The staff was not friendly my family and I was placed in a room that was a high traffic area we was not able to sleep at all

Clean room great staff, but we booked this specific hotel for the breakfast and they didn't have it, said thr oven was tore up!

Staff were amazing! Everyone was extremely professional and helpful especially Mrs O. The room was cleaned daily. The pool was beautiful and warm. The only reason I gave it a 4 was for location. If you want to be more in the historic district this was more on the outskirts so if you do have a vehicle it is a little walk to the parking garage unless you pay daily for valet parking which is a bit pricey. Otherwise overall great place to stay for the price tag.

Room was not as updated as it was described. Could’ve used an extra scrub. Staff seemed very clueless and could not explain room changes or price breakdown. Parking was a hassle and did not advertise at first that it was valet only. Breakfast was not served because of a machine being down

Otherwise, I had a great stay.

I picked this property to have breakfast included (at a fee) and the location. Found out upon arrival that the restaurant has been closed for a couple of months due to renovations. I was not notified by Expedia about this. Only found out when I checked in. Very disappointing. The bartenders Mike and Greg were wonderful. The other bartender had no personality and was very rude and abrupt.

El hotel está bien ubicado pero le falta mantenimiento y limpieza. En la habitación le falta mantenimiento y limpieza, la llave del agua caliente no funcionaba bien. El desayuno estuvo muy poco surtido y malo.

I liked that the hotel is within walking distance of everything. I didn’t like that one of the elevators was out of order. The room’s A/C was VERY loud when it on. The room was clean. You could hear a lot of what was going on in the hallway inside the room. The staff was nice.

This is a perfect location for a hotel Century located next to everything.

2) was shocked breakfast was for a free. Usually with holiday inn it is included 3) valet guy was awesome and helpful 4) I was given a room off the elevator facing the street and it was LOUD all night long. I could hear ambulances and cars and music from outside which kept me awake most of the night.
